it went great. everything that I asked them to do was done with perfection. I had them clean because I was having a baby shower for my daughter who was coming in from Michigan. some of her friends were overnight and most people had not seen the house yet because we did not move in until December. so their first impression was definitely one of a clean house. I recommended them to everyone and wish I had cards to put on the counter.

I was really pleased with the work. My house has never been cleaned as well as this before.

Two ladies showed up and I explained want I wanted. They got everything clean in 2 hours! They did a great job and I would definitely use them again!

It went extremely well. They usually try to keep up with the house. They came and did a fantastic job. My family was coming in and I had been ill. The team of ladies that came were excellent. They were right on time. They were very sweet and easy to work with. I would like them to come regularly. The discounted price was good.

I plant to call them again. I couldn't vacuum so it was for that purpose. I had to keep telling them what I wanted done. The price was fair.

We had a hard time finding someone to do a move in cleaning for us on a Saturday. The high price was probably a reflection of this. Two ladies arrived promptly but did not Speak English. They did clean inside of appliances and moved out the refrigerator to clean. Also cleaned inside of cabinets. They diid an adequate job. We also tipped so final price was over $300.

Bought an 8 hour cleaning off the big deal for a deep cleaning on the house. Service was excellent will use again when the need arises.

Ok except the workers didn't speak English, so I had some communication difficulties with details.

My experience with them was fine. The cleaning was fine. I've actually used them three times and they're adequate. The last time we had someone here I wasn't totally happy with the cleaning job they did. The first few times were fine. They basically met my expectations. The last time, the person did not spend the whole three hours here. She hadn't cleaned the bathroom floor and had not done something else. She just didn't do a careful job. I was happy with them the other two times. If I used them again, I would talk with them and make sure they understood what I wanted.

Angelina's crew was very kind and respectful throughout their time in our house. They did a great job deep cleaning the kitchen and the bathrooms as well as the rest of the bedrooms and living room. Angelina was very responsive and did everything she had agreed to do. Very timely.

It went well. Priscilla was very friendly and always communicated to me her game plan and asked for feedback. And before she left she made sure I was happy with her work. I was very happy.

They did a good job. Cleaned some places that I absolutely could not reach due to logistics of the space (under a huge bed in a small room). They also tidied up some clutter I had left on some counters and tables. Clearly they understand that the clutter, even if clean, makes a place look unkempt.

Their service is great! They are on time, they are reliable, and you can trust them. They do a very thorough job!

Angie and her team were fantastic!! She was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional throughout the process. We needed to re-schedule a couple of times and she was extremely responsive and helpful. The actual service itself was outstanding. I was thrilled when I returned from work to find such a clean home. They spent the entire day cleaing the house before we moved in. They washed all the hardwood floors, cleaned inside appliances, the window sills, inside cabinets and more. Angelina was very responsive to my questions and worked with me on scheduling. I will use in the future for sure.

These girls were kind, quick, efficient, thorough, pleasant. Angelina responds very quickly, is sweet and accommodating. It went great. They went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute request. They are trustworthy, I had given my lockbox code to the owner as I wouldn't be able to be home during the time of cleaning, and had no issues with anything missing let along misplaced. Was very impressed by the effort put in for only 4 hours of cleaning labor. Many compliments given by my real estate agent and prospective buyers for the cleanliness and how well it was polished and everything shined. Will definitely use this service in the future. Highly recommended.

Well Ladies were thorough

Overall I am very happy. Angelina communicated clearly and often and the workers turned up when they were supposed to. There was a slight confusion initially about the address, about whether it was my home address or the rental but Angelina sorted it out quickly. The apartment was filthy, these tenants didn't look like they had cleaned anything in years. Overall I bought around 20 hours of cleaning. Given how bad it was I am very pleased, although I did have to go in myself and clean some walls and give the bathroom a light go-over, but again - if you had seen the before and after they did a great job. The fridge looked like it was out of an episode of "The young ones" - or even Walking Dead or something, and when they were finished the fridge looked like it was new again. Painter friend thought I had bought a new one for the unit. I will not hesitate to call them again for any cleaning needs.

Pam was very nice. However we were told we would get two people for a total of eight hours and only one person came who stayed for six hours. Although she did a superficially nice job, there was dog hair left behind, streaks on some of the mirrors, and just a generally inadequate job. I declined to tour the house after she finished because I had seen the house the entire time she was cleaning and was unhappy. I had asked her to be careful as we recently had the house painted, but when she left I noticed chips of paint near my stairways and some of the molding. So although she was nice as a person, I was not at all happy. We had 60 people coming to my house and I had to reclean it. I did not have time nor quite frankly the patience to ask her to come back to finish cleaning.

This company is the absolute most amazing cleaning company around!! Angelina was unbelievably friendly and flexible with scheduling considering we had an unexpected health issue that delayed our cleaning. Pricillia who did the cleaning was extremely thorough and meticulous. She was also trustworthy - nothing was broken, ruined or (ss some of us worry based on past experience) stolen. Our house was not easy to clean because clutter backed up as a result of spending time in the hospital. Pricillia was a trooper; my house has never been so clean! if you are considering hiring them, please do so without hesitation. They are priceless for the quality that you receive! I would hire them again in an instant. I am even contemplating having them do weekly cleanings. Love this company!!!!

The lady who was sent to clean my house did a great job. My house needed some serious work after a winter of neglect and when she left, it looked cleaner than it has in a very long time. Scheduling a time for someone to come out was a little difficult and took almost 4 months, however that was the only issue with the service. My time did get moved a half hour earlier the day before the cleaning but that wasn't a big deal. I'm not sure how many people clean for this service, but the lady who worked on my house I would recommend time and time again. She was on time and very thorough with the cleaning.

Lucy worked non-stop for 8 hours; she was organized, meticulous and courteous. This was the second time we asked Sparkling to come out. Angelina was able to meet our request to schedule the appointment within a short turnaround time. Sparkling has exceeded our expectations.
