I used them for about a year. It depended on who came. Some people were good and some people were not. They were responsive. I just had certain people that I didn't want to come back and they just substituted other people.

I hired them and they were here for six or seven months, but I began cleaning myself again after that. I would absolutely recommend them; they do a wonderful job.

The two ladies that came were fabulous. They did a great job and finished early. I will be using them again.

Excellent cleaners. Arrived on time. Didn't speak fluent English, slightly made it hard to communicate overall.

They did a pretty good job, were responsive to missed places. Did parts of cleaning kitchen cabinet doors, great job on floors.

This is the second time we've used Angelina's service - and as before - we couldn't have been more pleased. Each time we say, we should call her more often! What a treat! It's so much easier to keep house cleaned after her team's thorough cleaning. In fact, we were so delighted, we authorized a tip beyond the original quote for the two members of her team who did the work!

The two women showed up on time. They did a great job on the kitchen. The younger women was very friendly and listened to what I wanted done. They did a great job on the fridge. The reason I gave this company the marks that I did was 1) the older women was on the phone a lot, personal calls and texting should not be done on the job. 2) the deal was for 4 hrs of cleaning they arrived at 1130 and were saying goodby at 305. I had to tell them they had an other 1/2 hr to go and they could do the bathroom. The younger women applogised and went right to work.The older lady started to yell in the bathroom in Spanish .they did work until 330. One other thing is there was no follow up phone call from the owner . Bad customer service. I would have tipped these woman except for that

The person came and we discussed what we would like to do done. I started with a general sense and moved to specifics. She started with the upstairs. She dusted and vacuumed. I wanted her to use the tool on the vacuum for the corners and edges of carpet, but I found that it was poorly done. She moved onto the bathroom. I gave the person all the things she needed to clean and told her exactly what I needed. I came back to find that the tub was still visibly dirty around the lower parts. and higher up. I told her and showed her how it was still dirty. I had to show her how to use to brush effectively. I had her reclean it 3 times. We moved downstairs and she vacuumed and dusted and she rearranged a few papers on the the small table. She also windexed table tops. I noticed I had to monitor her cleaning and checked on her after every section. It was tedious, but the cleaner was pleasant and very willing to listen to suggestions.

They are prompt, skilled and courteous. They do a wonderful job cleaning!

The service would have been better if at least one of the ladies could have communicated with me, as they did not speak English. Additionally, they broke a small candle jar, but didn't mention it to me. It's not a big deal, but I would have liked them to at least bring it to my attention. Overall, the cleaning service was good and I would consider using them again.

All services were performed above expectations. The workers were diligent and excellent in their thoroughness. Absolutely no issues with their work ethic or their performance. The crew was on time and eager to start. Unfortunately we were not completely ready due to some issues with the moving truck's availability and allotted time. I would not have expected this to be an problem as there were areas in the home that could be completed, however there was a language barrier with the crew that arrived and so some communication issues occurred. To their credit those were worked out immediately. However, with that said, there should have been someone there who spoke the language to effectively communicate the instructions, and there was not, so there was a delay and phone calls over this. I want to stress that once under way this crew performed perfectly, and that there were no further issues, and everything went smoothly after that. They worked independently and did not require any management and only minor occasional input from us. The bathrooms were spotless and they whole house was white glove cleaned as needed. I have no problem recommending them on their work performance. They will leave your house "sparkling clean" as their name implies.

empty house. was supposed to be 3 hrs. only did about 1 1/2 hours. was plenty more they could have done - there were empty cabinets, empty fridge, window sills.

Outstanding. I started with a Angieslist coupon for a one time cleaning, and it went so well I set up a monthly reoccurring cleaning! The two ladies spoke primarily Portuguese, but were exactly on time, and worked hard the entire two hours. Angelina, the woman who coordinates everything, is very nice, professional, and responsive to my calls. She's been a joy to work with. Highly rated and recommended.

The time was changed by the owner. Not a problem. The housecleaner was a little late, Still not a problem however, it would have been nice if she stayed the full 4 hours. If you come 15 mins late. You should stay 15 mins later especially if I am paying by the hour. She was very pleasant and did the basic cleaning,.

This provider is given excellent reviews on Angie's list and that is why I used them. I feel that because we had a coupon for a discount, we were not given the excellent service that I read that others received. I feel that someone from the service should have called here and explained to me that they didn't speak English and have asked me what specifically we wanted done and gotten on the phone with one of the ladies and explained it to them. They also should have been told that they needed to give us the full 2 hours.

Two ladies arrived 75 minutes late without prior notice. One of the ladies indicated that they do not understand English, which limited communication. We asked the ladies to work on the kitchen and two bathrooms. While both ladies worked 2 hours each and the quality was generally in line with expectations, they did not clean the oven and cause a minor damage to microwave (which is reflected in the quality score).

The house looked nice afterwards, the only concern was that some of the bedside tables had been moved to clean and had left scratches on the floor. I had then called and, even with having the scratches, did want them to come back to do more regular cleaning, but then didn't hear back . All in all they did an acceptable job, without the scratches to the floor it would have been a great job.

Terrible in getting in touch/scheduling. They have set up scheduling through Angie's List which they completely ignore and do not regard at all. They were supposed to get in touch which they did not after 10 days. Once I called, they said that I had not scheduled with them. When I pressed them they relented and said that they were looking at the wrong file. Once scheduled, the cleaners showed up nearly an hour late. When contacted, they had a weak excuse. A few days after using the service they contacted me looking for more money because the staff took longer than expected. When I said that I wouldn't pay because nowhere in the agreement did it say that it may cost more and I was never told during the cleaning that it may cost more for more time. The person immediately backtracked and said they weren't looking for more money. The cleaners did a fine job but did not work efficiently together taking more time than necessary. Overall dealing with the business aspect of the company was so unpleasant and such a bother, I won't be using them again. Update: The response below from the provider further solidifies my trouble with the company. The excuses and backtracking were endless. You probably shouldn't use a company that can't get in touch with you if your doorman isn't there to buzz them in. (I called and emailed them and got no response during that time). With an infant, two cats, and two parents with full time jobs my apartment was dirty hence my calling a cleaning service. My issue was that the work was completed and I was called days later asking for more money. If you need to charge for extra time then you need to tell me up front, not after the fact. I got excuses heaped upon lies and you can see their tone in the nastiness of their response.

Very well. Great communications with Angelina the owner. The girls who cleaned were polite and worked hard and well. They were on time. I will be using their services on a recurring basis.
