Description of Work: It was fine, he did a good job. My A/C unit had not been looked out in over 12 yrs. He showed me how to service and clean the external filters, and just educated me on the unit so that it can last a few more years. I found that my unit was running well, and he made it run better.

Description of Work: Service provider was on time, clean, wearing a clean uniform with his name & name of company. He was polite & explained everything that he did to my husband. Price was reasonable.

Description of Work: Consulted on furnace. I had concerns about duct cleaning and furnace. They never showed up the day they were supposed to come, and next day were late and never apologized, and don't feel they listened to my concerns. They said they would give us a bid on some additional work, and never followed through. Will not use again.

A duct cleaning was performed on Nov. 4, 2013. Customer called and set appointment for 3/24/14 to check why dust was so prevalent in house. Representative went out and found customer lived in development where construction was ongoing. He felt the construction was reason for dust. Representative did not quote her an air purifying system because he didn't feel it would remedy the issue. Customer called office to state that representative did not listen to her concerns, he was late and she was disappointed. Office manager spoke to customer at length and apologized for any inconvenience and upset. Offered to quote the air purifying system, but customer did not want quote because she was unhappy with company. Ductworks apologizes for any upset or inconvenience because we feel Kathleen is a valued customer.

Description of Work: Waited for 4 hours (between 12-4). No Show. Very frustrating. Never again. I called several times and my call was routed to the answering machine. No one called back.
