Description of Work: They came to look at my ductless unit which I had already contacted the manufacturer on and they told me I needed a new circuit board and had to go through an HVAC dealer. They came out, cleaned the unit and told me it was just dirty. The next day the light came back on. I called them. Three weeks later after repeated follow ups they called back and told me the part would cost over $1000 to replace.

Description of Work: The central air died, and I first ordered the diagnostic service offered on sale through Angie's List, but when it popped up that they would not be able to call me until Monday (this was Thursday), I called the office directly and spoke to a very pleasant, very professional, and very helpful young woman who booked us for the following day. I was notified by phone the next day when the rep was running a bit late. He came, assessed the situation, and got my go ahead to make the repair before doing so. We were worried that it would be thousands to repair the problem, but it was very reasonable, he fixed it right away, and it is now running fine. All done very professionally,honestly and for a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

Replace the old pipes,install a central humidifier and a new filtersystem,that only has to be switched out once a year! |The guy's worked very hard and did an awesome job,tested everything before they left!Would highly recommend them

Description of Work: Our furnace was shutting down so we basically needed immediate attention since the outside temperature was in the teens or lower. The woman answering the phone was helpful and polite. Although there were already service calls scheduled, they would get to us that day. The technician was knowledgeable, pleasant, and completed the job leaving us feeling secure that our furnace would function properly. We discussed service contracts and were pleased with the cost and services provided. We purchased the service agreement a couple of days later.

Description of Work: They removed an old humidifier system in the basement that was in tough shape, took up lots of space and something I never used. It took a few hours over a couple of days. They were very professional. What was most surprising was how upbeat Zak was - even though the job was messy, given that the unit was leaking. I would definitely call them for any future needs.

Description of Work: The technician said he cleaned the furnace. He didn't seem to do much, but perhaps that is all a gas funace cleaning takes-- I don't know. He checked some electrical connections and was particularly helpful in replacing the filter. A good fellow with a good attitude.

Description of Work: They checked out my central air system and told me that it would have to be replaced either partially, or the whole thing. They said that the fan (outside) normally holds up about 10 years, mine is 12 years old and had been failing over the past year. They said that it appeared a small fire may have occurred in the unit. | |I am pleased with the thoroughness of his actions however, I am unable to replace the unit at this time. | |It was a great experience overall and I learned a lot about my unit.
