We had the ducts cleaned in our new home because the previous owners had dogs and we are allergic. Very pleased with the result - there was a significant improvement in air quality. Would highly recommend, thank you!

Both services performed were overall satisfactory.

Ductworks did an excellent job in servicing the central air unit and providing advice. They were really knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, the central air unit was much older than we were told when we bought the house and our inspector did not identify any problems. The unit is leaking, although, not an immediate problem, and the pipes are corroded. The unit will have to be replaced eventually, which we received an estimate for. We would definitely recommend Ductworks to everyone.

. Board burn out from power surge and fan would not shut off on the air conditioner. They came assed the problem gave a cost est. Then they came back and fixed the problem at our convenience

After the first service technician came out to perform a 20-point A/C tune-up, we did not feel like the job was done right. There were several items on the tune-up checklist that we felt confident had not been done in the short time the technician was there, and we still had concerns about various components of our systems not performing right. After calling the company and expressing our concern, they sent another technician along with one of the owners of the company to our house the next day to provide a more thorough check. We felt much more confident after this inspection and tune-up and appreciate their responsiveness. Great customer service and, we think, a job well done.

They were very professional. The work went great and they explained everything well. They tested the system after they were done and everything worked great. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Excellent transition, more or less, four hours in and out. Lynne was even able to "package" the A/C system installed in the spring with the furnace, gaining us access to multiple utility rebates.

Kurt came out, analyzed our needs, and reviewed the "unique" construction of our 1913 stucco bungalow/ranch. He determined the size (tonnage) we required, based on industry standards and current equipment. They used Carrier components, and assured us that the size would be sufficient. The crew came out, installed and check system operation, at that point we were satisfied, but did not need to "use" the system. About 2 weeks later, when temperatures and humiditysoared, we turned the system on, and were unable to reach a desireable temperature....come to find out the coil "froze" due to a mis-applied piece of metal in the plenum. They came out that morning and remidied the situation, and to date the system is providing a comfortable and quiet livivng arrangement.

Out of three quotes I got, Kurt from DUCTWORKS was the most reasonably priced and the materials/installation were done quickly and professionally. Even though the other 2 quotes I received were either using sub-par materials and/or significantly over-priced, DUCTWORKS was dead on.

Received a quote from Kurt. He was prompt and professional. Decided to select Ductworks based on a comparison quote, as the equipment was better for less money. Lynn, the primary contact, was easy to work with...... very friendly, professional with great follow through ....superb customer service. The team to install was great as well!!! They installed both the AC and furnace within one day with a follow up call the next to start up the furnace, as promised. They cleaned their work areas and explaiined information we needed to know about our new systems. They were so polite and quiet too!!! Lynn then followed up with a call to provide me with a timeframe for receiving the documents needed for a rebate on the AC install. I would highly recommend using Ductworks...a great company with great service!!!

I called when my allergies got out of control and I couldn't stop sneezing at night before bed in our new home. I suspected a mouse in the attic- and we caught one the next day (but haven't caught any others since). I called the Tuesday July 3rd, and the earliest they could have someone come out was July 11th. I asked for an estimate over the phone, which the receptionist gladly gave me. They were more expensive than the other 2 local places, but had good reviews here so we went with them. The technician showed up on time and in a uniform in a clearly marked van. I had to leave for work, but my fiance was home the whole time. The tech did mention to watch that the dog doesn't sneak out since the front door must be open (of course the dog got out anyways- completely my fiance's fault for not paying attention). He was there for about an hour longer than they anticipated and said the ducts were very dusty. I know that after he left my fiance said there were mouse poop on the floors upstairs underneath the vents (at least we know they are clean now)! They did miss 2 vents so we called them and they came back immediately with a backpack to clean the other 2 vents (no charge). We also had them look at our upstairs unit since it hasn't been cooling well during higher temperatures. They gave us a tune-up, but I haven't been home so I can't comment on how that is working out for us. We did sign up for the yearly plan with them which provided us with a discount for today's work making the plan free for the first year. They will be back in the fall to clean the furnaces. Honestly- you don't even have to clean your ducts unless there is a mouse living in them (or mold or some other infestation). While it is pricey, I am glad that we got it done. Also, all of our units are 20 years old so I feel good with the maintenance plan. Overall a good experience.

Last year it didn't work right and they sold me a humidifier as well with a warranty. This year with the A/C, I changed the filter but for two weeks I've been struggling to get it to work. Now they are charging a service charge. But I feel that I shouldn't have a problem because it is brand new. They weren't going to come because I said I didn't want to pay the service charge but I said ok, I would like them to come see what the problem is. They came out yesterday without calling me but they said it may or may not be a leak so now I'm waiting to hear back from them. I'm just not happy with them. They're not as helpful as I want them to be. I will not pursue a resolution as Ductworks has informed me that they will not work with me unless I remove my complaint on Angies List. The relationship is "severed" as far as I am concerned and since I can no longer wait to have my air-conditioning repaired, I had to reach out to a new contractor. This was also strongly suggested by Ductworks. There can be no resolution.

Their good. They show up when they say they will, they do what they say their going to do and there is no drama. They come, do the work, I pay and they leave. All is well.

I spoke with them over the phone and they were really helpful. Then they came by and the issue was something that happened when my new furnace was installed so I had to go back to that company. I was happy with them because they tried to help me solve the situation without the situation.

It went very well. Prompt return call for the estimate. Efficient office staff to get paperwork signed. Came on the day they said. The work took two days and they cleaned up before they left. Required two call backs to adjust cooling in room at furthest point in the house. For the call backs, they came and made the adjustments. They provided all the necessary paperwork to submit for energy credits/rebates. All very professional and prompt.

They were excellent. They arrived on time, they knew I was travelling so they just left me a note to call them when I returned for payment. I would highly recommend.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO ARE CALLS. THEY DID A VERY FAST BUT GOOD JOB. THEY WERE THERE RIGHT AFTER THEY WERE CALLED. THEY ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEM.

THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS FINE AND THE WORKERS WERE VERY POLITE. THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME I USED THEM. WITH THAT BEING MY ONLY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM I FOUND THAT THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD.
