Great company to hire!

In a crunch we needed them to change out some plumbing on the interior of the home for a septic repair. They were able to complete the project in a timely manner to avoid any delays in the larger project. We will defiantly be working with them again

I was worried when I had to look for a new plumber for a few plumbing fixes needed. I found W.B. Dickenson through HomeAdvisor, so I new I could trust them. Alex came in and was very efficient and explained work he was doing (but working while talking, so as not to keep the clock running)! He was very courteous and friendly, but more important, did a great job! Both toilets he worked on are now working properly and no more leaking kitchen faucet!! Thanks Alex!

Company was excellent. Came out and did the job the very next day. Update of review: after the initial service and my rating the company well, the plumbing problem reoccurred. I was scheduled for service today. I called this a.m. But the company could not narrow the time frame for the service. I spent the entire day waiting. I called at 5 p.m. (They did not call me) and was told they could not keep the appointment after all. UNACCEPTABLE. I cancelled the service and will not use this company again.

Anything that relates to water, or gas installation, they are very affordable and professional.
