WB Dickenson remodeled my entire kitchen very recently. This company is amazing and we are thrilled with the results! Besides offering a high quality product, WB Dickenson has high quality professional installers, electricians and plumbers. Everything was done as promised. And the price was reasonable, too. They took an old 1980â s kitchen and turned it into something youâ d see in Better Homes and Gardens. We couldnâ t be happier!! WB Dickenson is an A++++++ company!! I highly recommend them for any project!!

We were looking to facelift a small bathroom without a major remodel. TJ did not try to oversell the project (he actually suggested doing less rather than more) and was able to have a custom counter/sink made for a very tricky cabinet base. His crew installed 2 toilets, a light fixture, and a new sink top (including all new plumbing in the cabinet) in less than a day AND in the middle of a pandemic and snowy weather. They laid drop cloths from the front door to the bath, wore masks, and left no clean for me. Communication via email was easy throughout the process and Lisa , in the office, was delightful anytime I had to call. We will definitely reach out to TJ at W.B. Dickenson if we are need of another facelift, a full remodel, or just have some plumbing work to be done!

The work that WB Dickenson did to bring my vision of our main bathroom to life was meticulous and the tile work is especially beautiful. Our house is older and the bathrooms are small by today's standards, but our remodeled bathroom is the nicest bathroom I have ever seen - of any size. I will definitely be using WB Dickenson for my future remodeling needs.

The crew were great! Polite, even friendly, neat and orderly, efficient, kept everything tidied up.

Called to schedule repair work and receptionist was very kind and professional. A few hours later, Jim who is a plumber called to let me know he was on the way. Within 20 minutes he was at my house. Jim was able to locate and repair a water leak and I found him to be very kind,easygoing and very professional. I have used this company for years and always have a fantastic experience. Thanks Jim for all your help and thanks w.b. dickenson for always taking care of my issues in a fast professional manner.

Alex and Tyler did a great job for me today. I definitely will be asking for them again when I am in need of any plumbing work.

This company is very professional, polite and respectful. They did a great job on our bathroom. They also went above and beyond to fix a problem that occurred.

TJ provided a much better price than the others that quoted our basement bathroom addition. We had to call him a couple times to check on status but he got it done on time. Thanks.

I requested a non-emergency repair quote on Sunday afternoon. I received a call from the contractor first thing Monday morning. The contractor showed up later that morning and completed all work in an efficient and clean manner and at a reasonable price. Couldn t ask for anything more than that.

I was very pleased with all of the work completed by Mike and the plumbers. There were issues with the countertop and floor and they all handled everything professionally and patiently. I have gotten lots of compliments on the work.

The service technicians (plumbers in this case) were very professional, pleasant and thorough. The overall response of W.B. Dickenson was great, from first contact through HomeAdvisor to job done was ~4hrs. Considering this was an emergency hot water heater replacement I couldn't have expected any better.

I had a great experience with Alex and Tyler. WB Dickenson was on time and able to service my home right away. They also were able to order me special parts and installed them the same day they were delivered. I will be using this company in the future.

I was directed to this company from home advisors, on a Saturday as my water heater started leaking! Out of 4 companies I called that said they were available 24/7 WB Dickenson was only company that called me back! They told me how to turn water off, how I could drain the tank, and that they could come out on the weekend and the extra cost or wait till Monday! On Monday they contacted me and let me know they were coming arrived on time and the 2 service men were outstanding! Highly recommend this company!!

They are very neat and professional about cleaning up the area they are working in every day before they leave. They haul away all demolition trash in their own trucks. All of their subcontractors from painter to tile installer and sheetrocker were very professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

Unprofessional, condescending and overall horrible experience. Our boiler was installed 1 year ago and we came home to no heat during the first snowstorm of the year. Checked the boiler and it appeared to be an electrical problem. Called their emergency service and decided to have them come out the next morning. Got a call in the morning and was told there was nothing that they could do until next week. Tom (the owner) is very unprofessional and was screaming in the background of the call, saying extremely rude and degrading comments about me , that I could hear! Extremely unpleasant experience...avoid at all costs! Will be going elsewhere to find a solution as W.B Dickenson does not respect customers and does not value their trust.
