Outstanding service!!! Received a call from W.B. Dickenson shortly after contact through home advisor about 8pm last nigh. The gentleman I spoke with really listened to my concerns and made me feel confident about having his plumber come into my home. Alex called this morning to say he was on his way, arrived early, evaluated our situation and went straight to work. Great job, fair price and quality work. Would I use this company again??? YES!! Liked the service but it happened in two visits when it could have happened in one visit. Will hire them again for futures projects.

I appreciate them coming out when temperatures were so low to verify that our furnace was working. They adjusted the bill based on my concerns around the time they spent at the house.

HIGHLY recommend! needed a kitchen faucet replaced. sent in request on home advisor at 730am. got a call at 8am to confirm time table and also a rough quote for the work needed. got a call at 830 from Ed that he was coming in 30min. Work was completed perfectly in less time than quoted and price was under initial quotes which i appreciate. I had a quote from aiello at 7am for over $1000 more than this job. I bought my own faucet for this saving some money, but ultimately saved $1000 paid $220 for visit and work completed. ABSOLUTELY recommend Ed and this company for any needs.

My exterior faucet was broken and I had a small leak inside my house down in my finished basement. Alex did a great job, he was on time, he was quick, and he kept me informed as to what he was going to do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional, courteous help with plumbing.

Very prompt and courteous. Small adjustment was needed after initial job and they came back and fixed it. I did have to call twice to have them schedule the adjustment. Otherwise both service and quality was good. I would use them again.

The technician called to give us a time when he would arrive. He arrive on time was very efficient and found the problem. The repair was done well. Will use them again for sure.

Waited a week before accessing the job then refused to do the job due to mold. They are plumbers for God?s sake!! They have come across mold before! When refusing the job ? Tom ? was rude and condescending! Cost me 1,000$ living in a hotel waiting to hear from them! Very upset about time and money wasted! NO I would not recommend them to anyone due to their unprofessional behavior!

The owner Tom came out the next day and quoted the project. He was very nice and honest person. They are completely removing 2 showers for me and installing new ones with valves and doors. Great company.
