Tom provided what need to be done w/o up selling. Tom also pointed out that the PC had good processor so I was able add new OS after the pc was return. PC is working great.

The technician arrived a little late, but phoned to tell me exactly when he would be arriving and arrived exactly at that time. This experience was so comfortable for me and truthfully, I was feeling a bit anxious because my computer 'literacy skills' are certainly lacking & I'm embarrassed by it. So often I feel 'stupid' when I am asking computer questions, things I feel (and have been told) that I should already know. He got to work immediately & the two hour appointment flew by. He was patient, calm, professional, honest, a good teacher, informative, with a great sense of humor, all things that added to my comfort level with my lack of computer knowledge. Never did I feel talked down to, but I felt empowered knowing that even though there is so much to learn it is a step by step process. The technician encouraged me to call "On The Fly Computer Guy" in the future when simple problems arose and he let me know his general availability to answer questions on the phone. He made sure that every question/problem was addressed on my list. We also had time to do a few things that were not on my list. The technician agreed that we had accomplished a great deal. With his assistance, I made a list of a few things that I have to do to bring my computer up-to-date to operate more efficiently. I am very,very happy with the service I was provided and will take his advice to set up a yearly appointment for maintenance or more if needed. Thank you "On The Fly Computer Guy"! I highly recommend this service.

The technician who came to my house from On The Fly Computer Guy, Tom, is extremely knowledgeable about Mac computers, and he is a great communicator. He explained things in terms that even I (not very electronics-competent) could understand. He is also very funny and got an incredible amount of work done in the two-hour appointment (an $89 deal on Angie's List). He got things done that had been bothering me for months and months, but no one else I've tried was ever able to do. He really knows his stuff, and not just on Macs. He is intellectually well-rounded and quickly grasped what someone in my creative profession needs their computer to do. Very polite and professional, too -- On The Fly Computer Guy is a great company, and I highly recommend them! They responded to me very promptly after I signed up for their deal on Angie's List. You can ask for Tom by name. I give this company and technician an A+ .

The tech was polite and professional but quite a bit late for the appointment. No worries as I was home and his previous appointment had run long. But nonetheless I would definitely use them in the future. Great company. Very professional.

Everything turned out fine. The technician was extremely nice and seemed really eager to get what needed done without charging me extra. We got a lot done in those 2 hours. I liked that he was able to come out to my home. I felt the price was fair and reasonable for the work he did.

They didn't pressure me to buy through them but gave me advice (which also checked out through "consumer Reports") and I ordered it online and installed myself. They installed the graphics card for me. I don't remember what they charged me but I do remember it was lower than I was expecting.

The tech was very pleasant and friendly and was helpful with his information. He cleaned upall the viruses and bugs on my computer. It ran like new afterwards.

My computer was taking forever to boot up and forever to open files and connect to the internet. The technician was punctual and very polite. He sat for two hours and hit a lot of keys. He was deleting and quot;unused programs. He did something to the communication between my computer and printer and lost the connection. It took him sometime to locate a software to download to correct what he had done. He was here because of his expertise. I relied on him to take care of a problem. My computer is not any faster than before. He tells me that I need to upgrade my computer speed. I paid through Angie's list and Pay Pal. He did not understand that concept and he billed me, resulting in a double billing.

The technician came same day to repair computer. Everything is working great now! They were very good and I will use them again in the future. They were very courteous and arrived on time and got the job done.

I walked in with my computer explained what has been happening and what I've been trying to do to fix it myself. Mike listened, never judged, mentioned a few possibilities. I left the computer there and a few days recieved an emailed that the problem had been diagnosed. When I arrived he explained that my hard drive was failing and only 80% of it was usable and recommended I replace the hard drive. I asked a lot of questions which he was glad to answer. I decided to install a new hard drive myself and Mike recommended several highly rated hard drives to look for. He offered to replace it for me but was fine and not pushy to have the work done there. All it cost me was the $30 diagnostic fee, time learning more and meeting some quality guys. Definitly will return and use them again if I need to.

It was clear from the technicians initital assessment that the virus was a particularly bad one as he encountered difficulties just getting beyond the blocking impacts of it. I was somewhat concerned that the work took a full two hours to complete but the technician reiterated that virus was a particularly bad one and required alot of effort to remove. I was grateful that he was able to complete the work on site at my house as he indicated that if he was unsuccessful at the end of two hours, the only option would be to take the unit back to there shop. This actually represents the third time I've used this company and I have been pleased with the results each time. The other visits involved replacing a hard drive, upgrading memory and performing regular "cleaning" maintenance.

The service went very well. They did an excellent job. I have not had a problem since and I would use them again.
