Local and family owned since 1989. With over 45 years combined experience, our uniformed technician/s will arrive in one of our lettered service vehicles to serve your needs. Actual Employees, not subcontractors, carry out the work and you will have peace of mind knowing that our emphasis is to perform a quality and thorough job! We serve the Greater Springfield Area and will travel, upon request (Please call us with your location for pricing). Clothes dryer vent cleaning is as low as $44.99. Duct cleaning starts at $389.99 for a small system with up to five vents. We also clean electric and hot water baseboard heating systems. Phone estimates are free. We offer a 10% discount for senior citizens, people with a disability, firefighters, police officers, clergy & those currently serving in the U.S. Military and to U.S. Veterans. We actively contribute to various charities and are very proud to have cleaned the ducts for a home built in 2009 in our area in association with Kent Pecoy Construction and ABC's "Extreme Makeover, Home Edition" TV Show. More recently, we provided relief for our neighbors who survived a tornado which struck Western Massachusetts on the afternoon of June 1, 2011. Immediately following, my employees and I delivered pizzas and water to survivors who had no electricity and also assisted a local church effort in distributing supplies and food that they had collected from so many caring members of their congregation and which were also donated by our local community. We offer a convenient, one-stop shop for home systems from security, intercom, home audio and video, and central vacuum systems to built-in closets and shower doors. At Cyclone Home Service Company, LLC, our professionals are known for their sales knowledge, design and installation expertise. We do all low voltage work.
"Unfortunately we?ve had a very poor experience with Cyclone?s a/v division over the past few years. We had them install speakers in our new home during construction. We?ve had nothing but issues since. The speakers are constantly out of sync, requiring cyclone to send someone to fix frequently. Then after less than 12 hours of total play the speakers all started a loud buzzing noise that would not stop. Turns out the $2k amplifier they sold us died, effectively killing the entire system until we replace it with another $2k amp. On top of that they sent us a bill for the tech who had to come shut the system off just to stop the buzzing. Our system is now useless until we pony up another $2k, less than 3 years after the initial installation. I recommend getting your a/v work done elsewhere. "
