They got here when they said they would, were very professional and finished the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves and gave us a tutorial about the new furnace they installed. I highly recommend Andrew Cozza, Andrew Soria and Chris Talbot and will definitely use Pelletier for any future heating and/or air conditioning needs.

Pelletier Mechanical and their staff (Gary, Andrew, and Chris) were awesome! We purchased a Mitsubishi ductless mini-split heat pump with three inside units. The installation was clean, professional, and thorough. We also needed a small "tweak" to a unit still under warranty, and Andrew fixed it right away. We also are now having our traditional gas hot water heating boiler serviced by them - it definitely needs some tuning up after 31 years! Great company, great people.

I was so pleased that the air conditioner repairman, Scott, who fixed my air conditioner on short notice did an exceptional job. We cannot express enough gratitude for his work. He arrived promptly and efficiently diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner. Despite the urgency, he remained calm and composed, assuring us that he would resolve the problem. True to his word, his expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the repair process, restoring cool air to our home. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, but he also took the time to explain what went wrong and provided helpful tips to prevent future issues. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of air conditioner repairs. We were so impressed with their services that we recommended them to our son and daughter-in-law already. The woman in the office that scheduled this appointment, Jolene, was so easy to work with during a very stressful time of the year, the weekend with an upcoming holiday just a couple days away. From start to finish with my project Gary and his team were helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Gary considered all of my heating/ac/humidity concerns, took full measurements of my condo, system and energy calculations, and recommended three good options of Bryant electric split heat pump systems. I ended up choosing the most efficient top of the line model as I was replacing a 25+ year old unit. I felt that the price was fair and even if I could have found a slightly lower price, I was very comfortable hiring Pelletier based on Gary’s initial follow-up, professionalism and thoroughness when quoting my job. They also went the extra mile when doing the installation under terrible weather conditions. I’m very pleased with the end result. I have no hesitation in recommending Pelletier.

Pelletier replaced my 2 zone oil furnace and 2 separate hot water heaters, one natural gas and one electric with a new natural gas heating / hot water system 3 years ago. I continue to use them for my preventive check up yearly. I was extremely pleased from the first meeting where a complete review of the entire home was performed and a recommendation was made including a price quote. I initially had contacted 3 companies, for quotes and Pelletier's was the middle price. I was also impressed with their professionalism. They provided me with information on finance options available and assistance with them. Once I committed to the project and work started, I was impressed with the work being done every day. The workers showed up on time, were very neat, cleaned up every night and were always polite when they were at my home. All permits and town inspections were coordinated by Pelletier and I did not go a minute without heat or hot water. I was even more confident with my choice of companies when the inspector stated the system was impressive and not like any he had previously seen. In the first year the cost of heat and hot water for both units was cut in half and we continue to realize the savings.

This is a company I highly recommend. They show up on time, explain the job they are going to do, and leave a clean area when done. Very professional company. They earn an "A" rating from my husband and I.

I needed quick service on a 45 year old hot water boiler in a 1938 house I recently purchased. While I could get the pilot light lit, nothing I did could get the boiler to fire (water was circulating). On Wednesday I contacted Pelletier Mechanical as Gary (the owner) had been out giving me estimates on the various repairs and modifications I wanted to make. While Gary was out of the office training (again), Laura his admin arranged for Bill to come out on Friday. She provided an estimated cost (right on) and a 2 hour window. Bill showed up on time and after a brief discussion get right to work. Bill spent about 15 mins. systematically determining why the flame would not light. He discovered that there the gas was not making it to the main control valve. He reset the safety shut off valve and the problem was solved. He then checked all the radiators to make sure that hot water was making it through out the house. After we determined that the upstairs radiators were not getting hot, Bill checked the water pressure and determined that the pressure was insufficient to fill the upstairs radiators in "real time". He suggested that the culprit was the 45 year old water valve and pressure release valve which being cast iron tend to corrode and clog in time. He proposed a replacement solution and priced it out, and offered to pick up the parts and replace the valves that afternoon. I decided to wait a few weeks so I could consider replacing the entire boiler. While we were waiting on the boiler to come up to heat, Bill and I walked through the basement looking at the existing plumbing, tracing the water flow path and discussing the possibility of replacing the hot water tank with a tankless unit. (The hot water run is about 60-65 feet from HW tank to kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) Bill, like Gary, is knowledgeable and informative. I will have Pelletier Mechanical back to do more work on the house.
