Description of Work: These guys were available to come to my house to a**** my water softener issue. I had previously had two other companies come out to give me their assessments and they were thousands of dollars in repair and equipment costs. Professional Water Systems, Inc. did a water test and gave me honest answers to how to fix the problem myself, saving me thousands of dollars!!. I would recommend these guys to any of my friends that have a hard water issue with their home.

Description of Work: Paul Hurlbut, the owner, called my cell around 10AM on Saturday before Easter after I left his answering service a message around 9pm the night before (Note: I left messages for two places, the other place called and said they were not working Saturday). The day before Culligan informed me I needed to replace my entire softening & water filtration system at a cost of $4700 which also included a water tank. Paul arrived at my house at Noon (15 hrs after my first phone call) and tells me I don't need a new system, informs me the system is fine, just needs some maintenance and new filters. In addition he gave me a referral to Torlish Wells who came by the house a few hours later and informed me I probably need a new water tank but can replace within the year, not an emergency. In summary, Paul at Professional Water systems saved me $4700. I signed up with Paul's quarterly service to maintain the softener, salt & the water filtration in addition I plan to use Torlish Wells in a few months to replace my water tank. Quote; "I can spend your money if you want me to but there is no need to replace this system"
