I am a licensed and insured Home Improvement Contractor with 30 years of experience in Home Improvements, Remodeling, and Repairs. We are a family owned business with my son working alongside me as a professional interior and exterior painter with both residential and commercial experience. Our attention to detail and workmanship is top-notch. We are reliable and will do whatever it takes to "make it right" for you.My professional abilities as a Handyman and Woodcrafter include but are not limited to the following: All types of flooring installation to include tile, laminate, and wood, wood floor refinishing, basic and finish carpentry, drywall installation/finishing, interior and exterior painting, kitchen and bath remodeling and repairs to include counter tops and , roofing installation and repairs, deck installation and refinishing, siding installation, masonry work, , window and door installation/repairs. We do a little bit of everything to include power washing. This gentleman emailed me and I did respond to his emails and spoke with him on the phone on two separate occasions. I set up a time to come out and discuss the projects with him and then he contacted me the day before and said he had a funeral to attend and would have to change the time. I expressed my condolences and explained that I would be more than willing to accommodate his time and date. I explained that I would be in his area all day on Saturday (which was the day we were supposed to get together) and that if he contacted me with a better time that I would make sure to accommodate him. I never received a phone call, email, or text from him. The next thing I know he is posting a poor grade on Angies list. In this case I am not sure what else I could have done to accommodate him. Communications are key in this business and this is a clear case of a communication break down on his part. I would be more than willing to re-engage understanding that he had a funeral to attend and that I am sure that I was the last thing on his mind at the time.

They never showed up.
Description of Work: I had a series of small items for them to do. They contacted me and said they were very busy, but would try and get out to see me the next week in the evening. That was 5 weeks ago. I have not heard from them since.

I had requested a list if items that they wanted completed and it was not provided nor did I receive a response back from my sent emails. I was unable to confirm the information requested or set up a date and time to complete the tasks. I made several attempts with no response.

I did receive this request but based on my extremely busy schedule and with the holiday weekend I was not able to get back to her in what she considered a reasonable time. I would have been more than happy to come out and review her project and give her an estimate. I understand her comments but based on how busy most contractors are this time of year I wish she would have been a little more patient. I would still be willing to take a look at the project but that would be totally up to the client. My sincerest apologies for this delay in response.

His work was top notch. He was always professional, was on time, cleaned up after his work. His charges were very reasonable. It was very apparent that he cared about his work and my satisfaction with the finished product.
Description of Work: Timber performed a number of odd-jobs for me that were needed to prepare my home for sale. He cut drywall and constructed panels to fit ceiling areas in my garage, cleaned my roof of moss, sealed and painted my front porch, repaired the street entry for the garage door and painted the ceilings of my kitchen and living room.

Excellent, Colton would call or text me everyday to let me know his arrival time and came when they said they would and continued to work daily until the original contract was completed (40 hours of painting) I have also hired them to complete more rooms for me.

The work never got started. I scheduled 2 different appointments via email with him to look at my items, and he didn't show up either time, and didn't contact me to let me know there was a problem. I'm very unhappy with the lack of contact, as I was kept cooling my heels waiting for a no-show on 2 different occasions. Now I have to go through the effort of trying to get a refund.

Timber did a good job painting the areas requested and was very professional in his work ethic and skill. He also did small repairs to hallway wall. Scheduling was a bit sketchy, but he was very eager to please. Rating would have been higher but I saw the same deal from the company advertised on AL for approx. $100 lower in price shortly after my purchase, I was not pleased knowing others had received a better deal than I had. I'm not sure whether this was an Angie's List scheme or something agreed to by the business. Either way, I'm a bit skeptical to hire through Angie's List after this occurred. The business owner told me that he had not agreed with AL to the lesser advertised price. So all in all, pleased with the work completed, but not at all with the advertising.

Fantastic! Timber showed up promptly and was extremely courteous and professional. He reviewed the work that needed to be done, explained my options and even offered solutions to items that I didn't think could be repaired (this ugly stain in my cast iron tub). Very fair price and honest I would definitely use him again.

We couldn't be happier. Tim is knowledgeable and takes his time to explain everything as we are first time homebuyers. His pricing is more than fair and well below estimates we received from other companies including the big box stores. We are loving our brand new kitchen and will be having him back to complete other projects around our house.
Description of Work: Tim was hired for our kitchen remodel. So far we have replaced all our applicances with Tims help. Painted beautifully our kitchen cabinets and hardware, replaced our window, new countertop, new sink and fixture, painted the kitchen and will soon be installing our backsplash and tile floor.

The process was smooth, quick, professional, economically efficient and subsequently stress free. The work was mind blowing as it was economical, quick and I was left with beautiful results. I would highly recommend this contractor/handyman. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest.
Description of Work: Demolition, removal of old construction and complete remodel of bathroom. Including Sheetrock, jacuzzi tub with heat, new vent fan, new electric baseboard, new tile floor, new closet/shelves, new vanity including granite countertops, beautiful fixtures on the sink and shower/tub. New light fixtures. Paint and trim. New door hung. New hardwood floors installed in the entire third floor. Wood floor sanded and refinished on main level, additional painting, trim and crown molding. New back slider installed. New locks throughout condo. New bedroom doors. New Sheetrock, paint, trim, molding, ceilings, new bathroom floor and fixtures in basement.
