Timber and Megan are consummate professionals who are timely, hard working and detail oriented. I was very fortunate to have them realize a project that was centered around creating an in-law apartment in an existing space in my home for my father. They worked with me every step of the way which resulted in a collaborative design with a nautical theme. The end result is stunning and everyone who sees it wants to live in it! Thank you Timber and Megan for making my vision a reality.

The work was done in a timely manner, and as I was told we needed to wait to paint the stairs, and that was the last item, i paid in full. It has now been over a year and i keep requesting that they come out and complete the work, and i receive no response. Disappointed.

Timber and Meghan were great to work with. The price for the work was extremely reasonable and Timber was very flexible and creative with solutions. The original plan was to power wash and treat the existing fence and pergola. Timber suggested going over the old fence with a new fence and building a new pergola.The overall cost for these changes was pretty much the materials. We provided Timber with a photo of a pergola that we found on line and he recreated it flawlessly. I cannot praise Timber highly enough. We are thrilled with the new deck. One of our friends is a retired home builder who is never impressed. He had nothing but praise for the quality and craftsmanship of the work. We already have plans to engage Timber for additional projects. PS We had to order a new dishwasher while Timber was here. He installed it for us and took the old one away.

I’m very pleased with the service and work I received from Timber Wolf contractors and his crew. He contacted me and arranged a time to look at the work I needed done. He promptly sent me a quote. He set up a time between our schedules to build my spiral staircase and replace a window with a vent. He arrived on time and completed the job beyond my satisfacon. I was so pleased with the results and communication I received, that I hired them to come to my other home to install "Flooring for my sunroom, pantry and hallway. They also painted trim and upgraded my hardware on my kitchen cabinets. I felt very comfortable with Timber and left him a key so I could go to work. Timber did a great job on our house. We had the initial obstacle of the first contractor we hired being unable to complete the job. This is how we came across Timber. He picked up where the other company left off, repairing unsatisfactory work done by the first contractor. His workmanship showed when he had to come up with some creative solutions using the materials available to him. He was a great communicator and completed the job to our satisfaction, within the timeframe we agreed upon, and for a very fair price.

Clinton Ashe of TimberWolf Contracting was immediately responsive to my initial email and provided a prompt and detailed estimate for repairs. We live in Italy currently and have renters in our home in CT and he worked with them to accommodate their schedule. His expertise and skills are appreciated by our family as well as the renters in the home. He provided regular updates and suggested items that needed repair which was very welcome as our distance from the project limits our ability to know the state of the home. I have recommended him and will continue to recommend and utilize his services for any future projects with the home. It is a special kind of relief to have found a skilled craftsman who so painstakingly coordinates with his clients and I feel so grateful to have found him.

Contacted Timber. He showed up on right on time and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We scheduled a day and time to do the work. Again he showed up right on time. He did the work in a fast and timely manner. He had to come back from no fault of his own (We had old material) at no cost. Highly recommended and looking forward to using him again in the future.

It went great! They were neat, friendly, polite, and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I would highly recommend them to others.

Timber and his crew were great! We needed flooring installed very quickly because we were moving in. He was so helpful picking up the flooring at the store and coming on the weekend and working all day. The floors came out great! He also made a kitchen island for us and was able to save the granite top. He’s open to helping around the house for other odd jobs too. Very reasonable prices too! Thanks Timber!

We contacted Timberwolf Contracting LLC to quote us on a bathroom drywall repair job because they were so highly recommended on Angie’s List. Timber, the owner contacted us right away and said he would be happy to take a look at the drywall repairs and asked what would be a good time for him to take a look at it to provide us with a free estimate. We replied and set up a time to meet. Timber was very prompt on the day we met. He seemed very professional and offered great ideas for the repair job. We received his quote and he said to contact him if we had any questions or concerns. Three days later we emailed him with a question and received no response. We assumed he is busy so gave him some time to respond. A couple of weeks went by and we heard nothing so we sent him a text message to ask if he was still available and that we would like to move forward with the project. We received no response. Later that day, we called and left a voice message and asked if he could please let us know either way. Still no response. So this review is not for the work he did for us. It is for the poor customer service for the lack of communication and follow through with our project. We are frustrated that we have to give this negative review because Timber seemed like a nice guy and we wished it turned out differently.

Timber was recommended by our realtor. He is very professional, provided updates on a regular basis, excellent communication and very accurate from his estimate to final bill. He was very reasonable in his pricing, and trustworthy to get the the job done. We had a few additional things pop up while he was at our home working (we couldn't get a water filter changed, a ceiling fan was not working) but he offered to help and replace a few extra things while he was there...a very knowledgeable and helpful handyman! We plan to hire this company again if we need additional work done.

On the ceiling and 1 1/2 walls. Also put wainscot on those walls. Painted wall & ceiling (not good). Made square hole for round cap to ceiling for chandelier. Patched it with putty, (shoddy job) one wall had bad tape job on sheetrock. Re-fix that and painted over that. When dried, could see difference of paint job. Whole wall would need to be painted, said he would come back and do the wall and put up the trim and molding. Did not come back and made phone calls and e-mails of which there was no response. His reply to my reports on Angie's List is the same he gives to all the customers who gave a bad review. Take the money and run. Bill had no date, no letter head. Requested a breakdown and an itemization. Said would get one to me. Never did.

Most of the work was done, with a few things left to do, such as putting up molding and repainting ceiling and wall. A few botched jobs. As soon as he was paid, never saw or heard from again. Called numerous times with no call backs. If you hire, do not pay until 100% satisfied. Only received a paper with some kind of breakdown of costs, but was not complete or with a letterhead. Overall-not reliable!

Timber and his crew were excellent! He was responsive to the call, provided an estimate in writing within a few days, and walked me through the job prior, during, and following the completion. They were punctual, respectful, and very nonintrusive. Each day the site was left clean and the final invoice reviewed in detail. I would hire them again!

About nine months ago I responded to an Angie's List offer for handyman services. TimberWolf replied to me in about two weeks asking for a description of the needed work (replacement of a damaged sideboard on the house). I submitted photos of the damaged board and responded that I wanted the wood replaced by Azek. The company said that I should buy the Azek at the local Home Depot. I bought the Azek, primed and painted it to match the house, then let TimberWolf know that the project ready. TimberWolf responded that they wanted to know if there was more handyman work that I had to fill out their day on the job. I told them that my son lives within walking distance of my home and gave them a list of handyman projects at that house that they could do to fill out the day. Winter and Spring came and went. I contacted TimberWolf several times during that period inquiring when they could do the projects. All that I got in response was a litany of excuses. The job was never done. DON'T HIRE THESE FOLKS!!!

Timber and Colton were so great to work with and the work done was impeccable. I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family!!

We were disappointed that he didn't contact us. He left us hanging. That is why we asked for our deposit back.

The quality was good. The scheduling was easy. They were quick and professional.We had actually requested them to do more work and they never got back to us. We tried to call them again for more work.

So far only the carpet installation has been done but we are working out the schedule for the other projects. Timber Wolf was punctual and did a great job laying the carpet. He even delivered the carpet that we had ordered. Once the other projects are done, I will update this review.

It has been over a month of reaching out after coming out to look at the job and have had no response on providing a quote. I have reached out multiple times via, email, angie's list and text. I was excited about using Timberwolf with the A rating on angie's list, but I suppose that needs to be taken with a grain of salt.

The job was superb! Very professional!!! They were prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond in every aspect. I would highly recommend them and already have a wish-list going for future projects.

Fine The quality of the work is excellent. He is very busy and I have to wait awhile for work to be done, but he is always very professional and tries to do what I need and makes good suggestions that I might not have thought of.

Quality work. Good clean up. Efficient use of time.

I hate submitting this review... I feel like I'm telling everyone about a favorite secret fishing hole! This is the 5th time I have used Timberwolf. I have used them to paint the majority of my house's interior. They have done an outstanding job, and at a price that was absolutely unbeatable. Without hesitation I would recommend them to family and friends... and to you. Colton is the primary painter... do NOT be put off that he is such a young guy! He knows his job, and has a great work ethic.

This is my third time having Colton paint for me. He brought a helper today, Kate, and the two of them made short work of a large painting job with NO drop in quality. Definitely would use again.
