Description of Work: They made a recommendation for a new gas furnace and water heater, and installed these in August 2014. When the cold weather came, however, my 2nd floor is now consistently 5° or more colder than the first floor. (The cellar is always quite warm now.) They came out twice to remedy this to no avail, and I've just given up on having the same quality of heat that I had with my 35-year-old gas furnace.

I was impressed by their quick response. I was afraid that if they could not schedule a same day visit, I might have to wait until after the weekend to get service. But they came within a few hours and replaced the faulty part. I had originally purchased the unit with the same company, so I hoped they would come through with quick repairs, and they did.
Description of Work: When my central air conditioning unit stopped working during a summer heat wave, I called Daniels Oil to make a house call. Despite the fact that I called on Friday morning, they came to the house by early afternoon and quickly identified and fixed the problem.
