Excellent workmanship. It was a difficult job but the tech solved my problem and the result was just what I wanted.

Service was great. Joey was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and as a bonus, funny. He explained everything that he was going to do and why. He also explained what he was not responsible to repair, (replace sheetrock that was removed to get at the leak). The work was done quickly, efficiently and didn't break the bank!! I highly recommend them.

Bob and Joey did a great job. found the reason for the flooding in one of our bathrooms immediately and the repair was nothing like what we expected, quick and easy repair. They even cleared the sink drain unrelated to the flood. Would definitely refer others for your services. Thank you!!!

The guy they sent out to do the work was friendly. In the process of draining the clog, the toilet started working differently when flushed, than before he started. Then when I asked if he could fix it so it could work how it used to; he told me he would have to charge me for it. Once he drained the clog, I asked how long was the work warranties/guaranteed for and he called the company to check, and they told him they do not warranty/guarantee their work. The clog was cleared but it would have been nice having that peace of mind knowing the work is guaranteed. I've hired pros before that have guaranteed their work for 6 months at-least.

I thought it was gonna be a long wait on an appointment- expensive- or have someone in my home who made me feel uncomfortable- it was the opposite **** price was beyond reasonable**** he made me an appointment for the next day and even though I was late he came back when I was home***** and he was a great guy to have around! I’m deftly calling you guys back for all my plumbing needs!

The company came back out to fix the issues from their original plumber and provided me with a check for 1,000 refund as a result of the problems the first time.

Bob and Joey, from Total Mechanical Systems, had to come out to our home, 2 days in a row, to help us with a severe basement flooding situation. Water was coming up through the basement floor drains at a very rapid rate. Bob and Joey responded to our first EMERGENCY call on 3/1/18, when we found out that our saturated and clogged drainage system had failed. They took care of re-routing the drainage system to alleviate that problem. On 3/2/28, Bob and Joey came to our home, again, for our follow up EMERGENCY call. This was a Friday, and they were busy, and tired from the week, but they rushed out to our home, in the nasty rain/snow storm, that we were having, to re-route and drain the "river" that was now flowing beneath our home. They had to jackhammer through our basement concrete, while re-routing water from their dig site, in order to get a pit for a super sump pump installed. They handled the project professionally, and with ease, always positive and cheerful, during the whole project. Needless to say, the whole project turned out perfectly, and our furnace and entire basement were saved from the flooding conditions. I was contacted by Total Mechanical Systems, LLC only moments after putting in a request on homeadvisor. I explained to Bob that we where remodeling our kitchen and wanted to have a pot filler installed asap as sheet rock was being installed in the morning and the pipe needed to be in place so they could sheet rock around it. He and Joey arrived at 7:30am and promptly installed the water line and pipe from the basement to 1st floor finishing the job as contractor arrived to start sheet rock. An important plus for me all staff that I spoke with and meet where professional and polite..... only wish I had a better memory so I could give them a mention. A+++

Did job well. Right the first time.

They were very polite and neat and worked quickly. They also did extra work in flushing our gas water heater at no extra charge. The only negative was they found a valve that wasn't working on the furnace but did not repair it. Not sure why. It was on the invoice we got in the mail but they did not mention it to me
