Great job by Total Mechanical Systems repairing/replacing old faucets on my tub/shower that would not stop the running water. Their tech, Joe, was friendly and professional. The problem is solved, I am very happy after this experience.

Flushed out the pressure tank and changed the whole house filter. Took about 45 minutes.

The repairman was efficient and the cost was reasonable.

TMS was very professional in every aspects were prompt to show up even though it was a Sunday completed the repairs to my satisfaction.

The representative (plumber named Joey) was very courteous, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I found the company's pricing for the needed repair to be way too high.

I do not think that the prices are good!

Overall, this company was extremely professional and personable. They really went the extra mile when problems were encountered that were outside of their control. Super appreciative of their responsiveness and competence.

I used them last year for a well issue and have recently found out that they overcharged me for the work done.

Great company! They came out when they said they were going to, the work was carried out smoothly and without issues. The installer was very polite and conscientious. The pricing was not inexpensive, but it rarely is for a licensed, bonded, insured company using professional grade materials (not the cheap big box store cabling). These guys did the work right and when you re dealing with something as dangerous as natural gas you can t afford a company that makes mistakes. All in all, my gas heater works wonders and I m very pleased with the work. For future work, they ll be on my short list of contractors to call. Thanks TMS!

Joey was wonderful, prompt, and very professional. I did think the $99.00 charge included an hour of labor but the install was charged separately above and beyond the flat $99. The quality was worth it!

Bob called me shortly after my query for a plumber and had availability to send someone out immediately. My toilet was leaking, Joey was able to replace the seal, test it out and checked with the occupants below me for any additional leakage. He wore shoe covers, was timely and worked quickly. I tried to prep the area by clearing out any belongings that might have been in the way. Overall, in and out in an hour with minimal issues.

Joey the service man was very professional,polite, clean and readily explained what needed to be done. Pricing off the charts. I had him do partial job which I was happy with and I will chose a different co that charges by the hour as it would be much cheaper Joey is definitely an asset to this co and I am sure he would be an asset to any co.he chose to work for.
