It was very good.

The process from start to end was generally excellent with one major exception. It was determined by the company representative that one truck would be required for the move. On the day of the move the actual movers indicated that they would not be able to load everything on the truck. This was a shock and a major problem. After calling the company and lots of complaining the move was completed as originally agreed.

I spoke to them over the phone. They were nice and polite. They took the time to come to the place where I had the furniture to look at them prior to moving.

They have been reliable and punctual; they have a lot of integrity. They showed up on time to take care of packing. They kept me apprised of every step of the move. I would highly recommend them and would use them again. I have had disastrous moves before with other companies, so I am glad to have found Joyce Van Line to take care of all my moving needs. I wouldn't use any other company.

The movers showed up late and did not have the proper size moving truck. During the move, our iPod "disappeared". (The iPod was found two days later behind a painting. The painting was moved by ourselves the day before the actual move. The iPod was transported on the actual move day.) When asked about the iPod, the crew supervisor and a crew member became belligerent and had to be removed from the house. We were accused of losing the iPod and not wanting to pay for the move. The move was not complete until after midnight due to this incident, and the fact we had to go back to the old house to pick up the remaining furniture.
