Description of Work: Install one way door for pest that had entered the house by making a hole in the soffit and returned after 2 weeks to remove the door and seal the entrance. Price includes annual service contract for the year. They serviced the entire exterior of the house and removed lots of spider webs and a hornets nest.

Description of Work: We discovered a particularly nasty hornet nest behind an outdoor speaker at our pool. We called them on Saturday morning and the girl was very nice and said someone would be out between 3-5PM and would give us a quote and take care of it then if we wanted. I figured about $150 and that was what is was and the guy, Matt, was great. He took care of a NASTY problem for us in about 30 minutes and I didn't have to get stung again. Would absolutely recomment them to anyone.

 + -1 moreI had heard about Fox Pest Control from a fellow church member. They are new in the area and I decided to give them a try. The entire experience was positive. They responded immediately to my message and set up an appointment within a few hours. They arrived at my home on time. I appreciated the fact that they weren't dressed in a uniform that was emblazoned with "PEST CONTROL" all over it. I live in a condominium setting where everyone knows everyone else's business and I didn't want my neighbors to think I was a poor housekeeper. The visit took less than a half hour. Since we still don't know what kind of critter it was that I saw the owner suggested we take a middle ground approach using discs that the critters feed on that prevent them from maturing and bait that will kill them (iff they do exist). I feel very confident that this is the correct approach and I am prepared to take further steps if necessary. Right now we are in a wait and see mode.
Description of Work: I saw a "critter" that I thought might be a roach. The company responded immediately with an evaluation visit and set up a middle ground approach. I am still waiting to see if any more critters appear, but in the meantime steps have been taken to keep the problem contained. I very much appreciate the common sense approach that the owner - Sterling Fife - outlined for our family. I have kept my own home for almost 48 years and have never had a problem, so this event is very upsetting and Fox Pest Control alleviated my fears and went a long way to giving me the confidence I needed to deal with whatever the outcome may be.
