Both Tony and Burt showed up on time despite my road was being paved at this time. They inspected my plumbing system. Tony gave me a few suggestions on the upkeep of my oil fired boiler radiation system while Burt found the root cause of slow bath tub drain to be the old plunger type system that may have stripped with the valve in closed position. Tony also pointed out that the ball valve on my main water line wasn't fully open as the reason for drop in pressure in the system. He also explained how I can flush my about 2 year old water heater. Overall they are very knowledgeable and have practical suggestions on common issues. My only regret was that my road was being paved right at the appointment time so they didn't have access to their truck/tools.

Arrived on time, utilized a crimper tool which avoided sweating. Rough pluming increase spread for new thermostatic valve. Change shutoff for toilet. Install inline tankless waterheater.

I purchased a Big Deal for two hours of plumbing service from TC's Plumbing. Tony was very quick to respond and thorough in scheduling the work. Tony will keep you posted of his schedule and will let you know within 5 minutes when he'll be at your house. I've never worked with ANYONE who was that respectful of someone else's time. Tony and Burt were just as professional once they got in my house. They modified the height of my vanity, saving additional carpentry work. Tony explained the best distances in which to position things, and everything came out great. Burt swapped out a couple of valves before they were going to leak on me. If the plumbing parts I had were not good enough, TC swapped them out for its better parts. TC was very fair about charging for the parts it provided, which is why I gave an A on price. You don't want a cheap plumber. You want the best guys at the market price. That's TC Plumbing. On top of that, they were nice to chat with. TC will get my future plumbing work.

called me early morning at 8:00am, told he is open from 11:00 and can call me when he is on the way. worked perfect for me, so i can leave at the same time as he is on the way to my house. he was there early by like 2 minutes waiting for me. showed them the sink and gave the new faucet. replaced it in 40min verified functionality and there on there way. Very punctual. right away to business. and reasonably priced. would use them for all my plumbing issues/needs going forward. sandeep

This is why I use Angie's List because when I have a plumbing issue I will use TC'S. Tony responded to my email on a Sunday, scheduled me for Monday, called when I was the next stop. Great service, a great price, very happy.

Great! We had a leak coming in through ceiling in our family room. Tony came out within 30 minutes and checked all our home's plumbing for leaks. Turned out we have a leak coming in through flashing in chimney (Tony's correct diagnosis). This is the 3rd time we've used TC's Plumbing and we are 100% satisfied with their services in all respects.

Contacted him through Angie's List email. He got back to me right away on a weekend. We scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. He called before he came. Brought a helper with him. I had two relatively straightforward problems, but they had both repairs done within about an hour. He explained his work. Very easy to work with. I never asked for an estimate, but was very satisfied with the cost and the quality of the work. I would use him again, and I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.

I was able to set nearly everything up via email, which is a huge plus since I work odd hours. Tony was very responsive and his price was roughly the same as other quote's I have received. We set an appointment, Tony arrived on time and was done in around an hour. After he was finished he explained how the new tank work and went over how to take care of it with me. I found TC's plumbing to be reliable, responsive and fairly priced. I would absolutely use their services again.

We were extremely pleased with the service--Tony was very responsive and prompt, professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and they did the work quickly and made sure everything was in good working order before leaving. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

T.C. Plumbing did quality work at a reasonable cost, which included the faucet itself and all other supplies and hardware. Tony returns calls promptly, arrived to do the work when he said he would, and he and his team did a great job. Very nice people, too.

Tony and Burt were very professional and called out any concerns or issues that our specific jobs could encounter. When I put in a request for the quote, Tony responded very quickly and was out at my home within 2 days. In addition, we received a formal, written quote by the end of the same week. We decided not to use them partially due to cost but would consider using them in the future.

Burt from TCs came over and was prompt and honest. We didn't have a whole lot to do, but helping to trouble shoot the issue was the biggest part, and certainly helped to do that. Would use them again. -Steve

Everything went great. I discovered the leak in the water heater on Saturday and called Tony at TC Plumbing first thing on Monday morning. He came out around noon that same day and installed a new water heater. Could not have asked for better service.

They were very professional but their estimate was a little out of my budget as I am on a fixed income. Had I not had a limited budget I would have used their services.

I am out of his service area but he was so responsive I felt I should note it. He quickly responded to my email and even called to ensure we talked the situation. I've struggled with plumbers, who seem to generally have to split their time between servicing and administration.

They did an okay job but it was very costly for the time they spent.

Tony was a pro from start to finish. He set up the appointment promptly, responding to my first e-mail query and phone calls quickly. He and his assistant showed up on time. Turned out that the problem with my leaky outdoor faucet wasn't what I thought: a cheap hose splitter had corroded onto the spigot. It took some effort, but Tony and his assistant removed the fixture, and explained to me how to avoid that problem in the future. The leak was solved with a fresh gasket replacement. He then priced the job at $120 instead of the advertised $162. But I was so relieved to have the job done promptly and fairly, I let him keep the extra as a tip.

Excellent quality job, they were responsive, showed up on time, and again did a professional job. I have used TC's twice previously with similar results. Note I listed price as N/A as I did not obtain quotes from other companies prior to having worked performed.
