Everything was smooth, from the communication to the workers completing the job in a timely manner. They were considerate and educated me on what was completed and why it was needed.

Punctual, good work done. I’d consider hiring them again but would call to get other quotes before calling on them. I haven’t needed a plumber in years but their price seems a bit high.

They called back immediately from my initial message. They came first thing in the morning and by noon my new water heater was installed and up and running. They went over and beyond what I have ever experienced with other plumbing technicians.They explained everything up front and I found them to be highly knowledgeable. I called TC plumbing after a disastrous ice storm and cold snap (95% of my town was without power at least two days w/ wind-chills of -20 degrees, and many nearby towns were also hard-hit). Tony responded promptly by telephone, and that night he and his crew found and repaired 6 burst heating pipes in baseboards and between floors. The men were all friendly, professional, and efficient, and they did their best to minimize water damage when testing the heating system. They kept drywall cutting as small as possible, and they cleaned up their work-sites. I found the price fair, particularly given that three plumbers worked for three hours of overtime, and they started working as soon as they came in the door. The fact that they came the same day because it was an emergency was PRICELESS. I'd contacted half a dozen plumbing services who told me I'd have to wait anywhere from two days to a week or longer without heat or water ... in January.

I called on T.C's on two occasions. Once to repair a faucet and another time to repair a leak in a baseboard heating element. The work, on both occasions, was performed with promptness, speed and high quality. I would recommend T.C's without any doubt. You will be also very satisfied. Most professional crew I have seen.

I thought that that were great. They did a great job. I would recommend them for other kitchen projects. They went in and did a great job. I haven't had issues with the work they did. And they exactly what they were doing. They were very personable. Bert and Michael were the two guys that came out, they are very nice and very professional. They were quick and it was a very smooth process.

We discovered at the last minute that our new dishwasher needed different under-sink and supply connections. So we searched Angie's list, called TC's after closing, and got a prompt response from Tony. He worked with us to do the job before the installer arrrived, which was a challenge because of the ambiguity of the installer's time window. In any case, Tony and Mike were great and completed their work with hours to spare! We were very pleased by everything they did, grateful for finding them, and will recommend TC's without reservation.

Called around 6pm and received a call back first thing in the morning. Made it out to assess the issue before 9am and came back to replace the heater around 3pm. Everything was completed within the hour and looked great.

They did an excellent job. I will definitely recommend and absolutely use them, again.

Tony was great. He communicated clearly about when he could fit me in. He did what I had tried, but did it better (because he was successful!). He showed me what he was doing and where I might have messed up. And he charged less than I'd feared.

They came and installed a new faucet (one piece) in about 3.5 hours. I wouldn't call the job 100% perfect but it was really good and I would use them again.
