Tony came out the same day we called him. We had envisioned the worst - having to demo the wall to get to the pipes so the faulty fixture could be removed - and in fact he let us know that worst case scenario was a possibility, however remote. But no tiles were broken, and Tony was able to get the fixture removed and replaced in no time! No fuss, no muss!

It worked out great! They are professional, efficient, and nice guys.

We called this outfit to hook up the water line to our refrigerator. Hardly a difficult job. Guy called back and said he would come that afternoon or next day. When he called back we added that we had two drains in bathroom sink and tub that were sluggish. Once we added that he said that he couldn't come until Tuesday (it was Thursday) and that he would call on Tuesday. Said okay and never heard from him again. So now I am back looking for someone else and a week has gone by.

It was fantastic. Tony was very responsive and helpful. Turns out I had ordered the wrong size replacement sink, so he and his team were great in helping me re-order the correct size. Once the replacement came in, they were very quick to come down and finish the job

Tony provided a quote and completed the work on time and to our satisfaction without any surprises. He was flexible to work around our tiling contractors schedule and came back to complete the installation of fixtures. Tony is skilled and very good at his work. His expertise comes at a premium but think it's fair given that he stands behind his work and provides peace of mind.

Burt was awesome! From the minute I purchased the deal, they called and confirmed the appointment and came right on time. Burt walking around the plumbing and guided me around and gave me details about certain pipes and even how the water flushing worked. He and TC Plumbing are great and very professional and informative. Will DEFINITELY use again and recommend to people.

The plumber called and was a professional the whole time, he was not willing to drive to location for a replacement.

2 people 1 hour counted as 2 hours, I think 1 person 1 hour should be enough. By the way, the toilet tank still leaking.

Tony called the same day I made the request through Angie's list. He arrived for the scheduled appointment on time. Very professional, took the time to explain what was causing the outside faucets to leak. Gave helpful tips regarding how to take care of the outside faucets to prevent leaking.

He detected the problem right away and fixed it the same day. I would definitely have Tony return to our home again for future repairs or installations.

It went wonderfully, there were no issues and there was no up sale. In fact, they gave me approximation of the cost beforehand and gave me a 10% discount. There were here an hour or so and they were very trustworthy.

It turned out very well. They did something different. After I purchase the big deal they said it did not apply to installing fans so they use that money pay for fan installation. They guy knew what he was doing but seemed but they could improve the customer relation. He was a bit inflexible and when he showed up and realized that it was a fan job he wanted to leave.

Tony and Burt arrived when they said they would, even called to let me now they were on their way. They checked the water pressure outside first to see if there was an issue. The pressure was fine but then I took them to the basement and showed them the pipe. They explained what the reducer valve does and the reason for the green on the pipes. They replaced the valve immediately and the pipes as well since they said what I saw on the outside, was on the inside as well..yuck! They turned the water back on and then ran the faucets in the house to get all the air out. All was well until I tried to turn the kitchen faucet on 'high' but the same pressure came out. It seemed weak and not as strong as before. I called Tony again and he returned the next day to adjust the pressure, even showed me how! That is professional service at its best.

I needed a plumber to connect our new refrigerator to water supply and decided to give TC's Plumbing & Heating a try, as I need a reliable plumber for future needs as well. Tony called with an opening in his schedule when he did some work nearby, so I was very pleased to get my service earlier than expected. He arrived with his partner and assessed the situation, which included a refrigerator without a water supply nearby. They were able to access the waterline in the basement which was not the easiest of tasks, as the kitchen sits above the garage... They were able to work around obstacles and get a nice copper line run through and across to the water supply. They added insulation to the line for extra measure, and I am quite pleased with the work. They are both very friendly and personable, and I will surely use them again soon for more plumbing work that we need done.

Tony booked a 2 hour window and told me he would be working about 15 miles away. We agreed he would call me as he was leaving that job so I could leave work and meet him. They called when they were leaving the job, and arrive at my home about 5 minutes after I did. Right in the middle of his 2 hour window. He and his partner tested and tried a couple of things before taking apart the valves and discovering they were both not working correctly. They went to White's plumbing (because they ALWAYS have what you need). They were back and completed the installation and clean up very quickly. The entire job took less than 2 hours. The cost was $195 for parts and $211 for the Angie's List deal for 2 hours of labor. I am very happy with the work they did and how pleasant and informative they were during the process. I would definitely use them again.

They are busy, but the job was done correctly and the first time. I purchased the $200.00 coupon and had to pay an additional $80.00. The money was well spent. The bathroom sink drain works properly and the bathtub is not filled with water. As with all service technicians (electricians, plumbers, HVAC, etc.) they can never guarantee an exact time. The owner DID state that if he could get me in sooner he would contact me. If the problem was much more urgent, I could have called more often. I will use them again as needed.

These are great, and continued to come out and work with me on price and the problems I was having. I would absolutely recommend.

I sent an e-mail and Tony responded immediately. They were both very professional and polite when they arrived at my house- worked quickly and solved the problem. I thought his price was fair but wish I had known about the coupon! I would certainly call them again for any plumbing repairs.

He called and was here in 20 minute's, looked at the job, did it "Very, Very GOOD. The cost was a extra $23.00 + $162 we paid online. They are "Very Professional and Very Mannerly". The Pluming job was done in less then 15 minute's. We are very "Pleased". Thank you So Much. We will keep them if we ever need a job like that again.
