Fixed wax seals after second visit. Work was done well, I was disappointed with the pricing after I thought it was going to cost much less. Miscommunication issue. I should have agreed wth them on a fixed cost prior to authorizing the repair

They came same day called. Installed 2 faucets and fixed leaking shower head. Had to come back next day to fix leaking kitchen faucet. Very professional and cleaned up . Would hire them again.

Super quick response to my call, came out same day, fixed the problem quickly. They called prior to coming so that I could leave work and return to work with minimal lost time. Very friendly service-man. Gave me some tips for things I could do at home.

Rap's Plumbing said the job would probably take a couple of hours, and said it would cost $720.00. TC did the job in 45 minutes, and charged me $235.00. It hasn't leaked since. Fast & professional

I contacted TC's and was promptly responded to by the owner, Tony Coscia. After a couple of calls we were able to coordinate a schedule and time. After receiving a call announcing their arrival, the company associate, Bert, promptly arrived at the scheduled time. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. As I had multiple, what I considered to be small issues, I was fearful I would not be able to have all of them repaired at one time and that is would cost an exuberate amount but to my surprise, he repaired all in a reasonable amount of time and cost. He was very clean and worked quickly. Having zero plumbing experience myself at the time, I was unaware there were cartridges in the new bathroom faucets. Bert, an honest man, informed me it would be more cost effective for me to purchase the cartridges on my own and replace them myself. After his instructions, I was able to do so quickly. It was an easy fix to an annoying drip. I appreciate the refreshing honesty. This information will be most useful for the future. I would highly recommend the company and would have no problem contacting them again should I need a plumber for any reason whether the project be large or small. Thank you so much!!

Plumber was punctual and completed work in professional manner. In fact, he found a potential plumbing problem with gas dryer connection that could have caused additional problems. I have used this company before and once again they lived up to their A rating.

Leak was fixed, and there was enough time to fix a refill problem with a toilet. Only one minor quibble - the replacement handle used for the toilet appeared to be the cheapest Home Depot had, so I had to replace myself it when it broke a month or two later. This is why the Quality score is only a B.

My whole experience was excellent. They called me back promptly, kept me in the loop if anything changed, showed up on time, and the work came out great.

Tony was prompt, professional, friendly and neat. He cleaned up after each job and left the area as it was before. He answered many of my questions and made recommendations but didn't try to sell me any unnecessary work. We would defintiley use him again for any future work.

After calling they were at my house within 90 minutes. They were responsive, courteous, and helpful. I would definitely recommend the company and would use them again!

called set appointment, showed up early. explained what is covered on the angies list purchase. went beyond and took care of what is not covered as well without a dent on pocket. had them quote for replacing body sprays in my master bath. having them come and replace those in january again. these guys are my go to plumbers for everything.

Great service visit. We will have the crew back to install a new fireplace insert, and when we do the kitchen over in the spring. Prompt, courteous and they didn't charge for anything that wasn't necessary.

They came right out, and even though it was a little out of warranty, they still didn't charge me for the service.

The company was communicating with me from the get go to schedule a date for the repair and kept me up to date as to their arrival. No problems there. The hose was removed from the faucet and as to why it had "locked up" I received an education of dis-similar metals. Interesting! I won't make that mistake again. Asked after hose removed to take a quick look at kitchen sink because the water from the cold water faucet was coming out slow while the hot water side is fine. No hesitation. Got underneath and fixed problem by opening the valve more which I was unable to do previously. Professional, personable and knowledgeable...........what more do you want.? Don't hesitate to use this company, they are great

Called them with a heating issue and they were able to help me with that issue as well as install a vent pipe in my water tank that I wanted. Great people and great service.
