"Thank you - getting the detail right is what we are about and we appreciate your feedback : )"
"Thank you for your remarks - we love cleaning for you!"
"We sent the cleaners at 9 a.m. and called the client when no one answered the door. The client answered her cell and told us she had asked for 10 a.m.,We sent the cleaners out for coffee and sent them back at 10 a.m. They completed her cleaning, and the client seemed very happy both over the phone and per her review. Our standard arrival time in the morning is 9 a.m., and we apologize (and apologized over the phone at the time) that we did not enter her request for a special arrival time. We are happy, however, that she thought highly of our cleaners' hard work and attention to detail."
Additionally, the ladies who came to the house, as well as the person I spoke with to make arrangements were professional, kind, and helpful. I will definitely go with Belle Home for our next professional cleaning.
"Thank you for your kind words and we wish you the best in your new home!"
"Appreciate your nice remarks and will pass them on to your cleaner!"
"Thank you, (deleted member name) - we look forward to cleaning for you again!"
I had already spoken to the general supervisor who had asked me my priorities and I wrote them to her.
I reviewed my priorities with the first young women that arrived and she began working immediately. They attempted to complete all my requests within the time allotted and a little over.
They were professional and did not spend time on the phone, etc.. - just working. I gave suggestions regarding how I wanted certain aspects completed and they were flexible in attempting to do the task according to my request. I also had some cleaning products I preferred for the hardwood floors, for polishing furniture and wiping down wooden cabinets and they used them on my request.
I think they did a good job and will probably have them return (which I hadn't originally planned).

"Our prices are quite reasonable. When we quoted this customer, she let us know that she wanted a deep cleaning - very, very detailed - each and every cleaning, and described exactly what she wanted done. We were perfectly willing to do that for her, and added in the appropriate extra time needed to detail the home each and every time. We do need to charge for the time that the cleaner spends in the home, which is industry standard. I am sure that this client will not be able to find a professional, insured and bonded company that will complete the checklist of items she'd like done, to her satisfaction, for a lower price than we gave her."
"This is not what we would consider normal housecleaning, which is what we advertise, and what we excel at. What this customer needed was a remedial cleaning to remove at least a year's worth of sticky, solid, thick grease from her kitchen surfaces. The cleaner started in the area the customer requested, and she put in four hours of grease removal. Again, this is not what we advertise, and is not our forte, but, since we were already there, out of professional courtesy, we scraped, sprayed and scrubbed grease off her kitchen surfaces for a solid four hours. We do not get on ladders and scrape solid fat and oil off of the tops of cabinets or ceilings. If we had been notified of the condition of the kitchen and what was really needed, prior to sending the cleaner, we would have been able to tell this customer exactly what we could and could not do during her coupon cleaning."
If you have to find someone quick, you can choose them.
For long term, with so many mistakes, changing people, wrong time, not good service etc, we just got too tired to continue to use them.
"We have not cleaned for the member in two years and have upgraded many things in that time - including investing in a scheduling program to provide control over arrival times, an extensive 30-hour training program for new hires - and monthly updates and ratings for all existing cleaners to ensure consistency. We attempted originally to meet this customer's price expectation, when she really needed an additional hour, at least, each cleaning, in order to detail her home. We now do a careful and thorough home evaluation, including a cleaning priorty checklist, which allows the customers and the cleaners to both know exactly what the customer expects, so that we can meet and exceed those expectations every time."
The person they sent was pleasant and asked what I wanted her to do. I showed her the house and told her the area I didn't want her to do as well as explaining the areas I wanted her to make sure and do. See above for the details of what actually got done. I finally had to leave when she still had 1.5 hours left. When I got home I have to say I was disappointed that some pretty basic things didn't get done!
