The deep cleaning was fine, but the monthly cleaning was rushed. There was no attention to detail. We always had complaints or missed spots. They were very responsive and would want to come back to rectify it, but for paying that much each month, we were not happy with the level or quality of service. The front office staff was always wonderful - calling to make sure people were there on time, scheduling around my son's naps - always professional and nice.

Crew did not have a set time just day which would of been nice to have a time frame when scheduled or day before. Crew was friendly asked what we wanted to have done. Team was efficient worked fast excellent job on cleaning. You use again for all of our cleaning needs

They're efficient but you get different people each time. My interaction with them was good. The work turned out pretty good. They should have more consistency in the tasks done. I pay $30 per hour.

Belle Home was great to work with as a regular cleaning service. They did an initial deep clean of my two-bedroom apartment, which was thorough and impressive. After that, the biweekly service was limited more to surfaces,floors, and trash take-out, but Belle Home was very flexible about including occasional requests (i.e. cleaning baseboards) as they were needed. The responsiveness was great! Any updates or requests I made were handled quickly and professionally, and I received day-before text reminders on my cleaning dates. The cleaning products used left my home smelling fresh and mild with no harsh odors. I usually work from home, so I was frequently there when the cleaners were present. Although Belle home assigns a 'primary cleaner' to each home, the cleaners actually doing the work rotated quite a bit. Everyone, however, was professional and easy-going. I had an afternoon time slot, which meant that I was always the second cleaning on the schedule. This resulted in some variability. While the cleaners usually arrived about 1pm, there were some days they didn't come until 3pm and a day when they arrived as early as 10am. I did receive a call from the office on a day that they were running far behind schedule, and extra personnel were sent so that the work could be completed super-quickly. While I found it necessary to be flexible with the time of the work, Belle Home always provided work on the day promised and always completed it within business hours. Overall, my experience with Belle Home was great. This was my first time using a housekeeping service, so I'm unsure how they compare, but I would not hesitate to use them or recommend them.

The first time I called this company, it was on a few days' notice to do a housecleaning while I was out of town. We had guests coming, and I didn't want my husband to have to handle it himself. They came and, according to him, did a good enough job that I was willing to hire them on an on-going basis. The next time,about a month later, I called on a Monday morning for a Friday clean, and had a nearly 10 minute conversation about what kind of cleaning would take place (I wanted deep, but said basic was ok too) and at what time. She told me they were pretty busy, but that since I was flexible on arrival time, would accept any number of cleaners, and would accept a basic clean, they could do it. She said she'd have somebody else call me back when those details were set. I felt pretty happy it was taken care of. Well, by Thursday morning I hadn't heard back on the details, and sent an email. I got an email back saying they were booked, and I wasn't on the schedule. When I called in a panic, the booker asked to call me back, and then ended up saying they really were too busy to do it and "good luck." A little more verbal concern, at least, would have been nice: I have guests coming in just over 24 hours, it is graduation weekend, and I will now be taking off from work to do the house myself since at this point there is no other choice. Thank goodness I checked back myself, because if I'd just trusted in their word, I'd be in this same position day-of. So, yeah, never calling these people again.

Cleaning was just fair - a surface cleaning, not the deep cleaning we were expecting. Perhaps our expectations were too high. In the past we had cleaning services, and when they first started with us they did a deep cleaning. We were expecting something like that, on a 1-time basis.

I am continually pleased with this company. Every time I use them, their services are exceptional. I would recommend them time and again.

The four cleaners arrived with tools and products in hand. We discussed my expectations. They divided the responsibilities and got the job done. They were professional pleasant responsive and did a great job. I am very pleased with the work and the workers.

They were on time, did a great job and I would use them again.

We've been using them regularly for a few months. They have been consistent in coming when scheduled (we switched because our last person wasn't), in cleaning everything well, and being very pleasant to have in our home. They also are flexible around where they start if we're home and not quite ready for them to work in a certain area. And, they are flexible in adding additional services as needed. They've had to work around some construction and handle that professionally.

Belle Home Housecleaning has been great. They have been cleaning our home (condo) for approx 2 months. From the beginning they have been very professional and attentive. There was an initial visit to see the place, discuss what we were looking for, explain the services, etc. We have chosen a weekly clean since we have pets and they have accommodated all of our requests. They send a reminder text the day before each cleaning (at our request). They are punctual, very pleasant and professional, and do a great job. While we've had a few different crews (all of which have been great), Emily has most often been our cleaner. She is very thorough, very observant of things that need to be done, and as mentioned, professional and pleasant. We have some family health issues that we are dealing with and it has been such a tremendous relief to find a group that we can feel totally comfortable with, that does such a great job, and that takes so much off my "plate"! We absolutely recommend Belle.

Well done. Although I had initially scheduled cleanings for the remainder of the season, I cancelled those cleanings when the price was increased.

Excellent, They were professional, easy and pleasant to deal with. Very responsive. The price was more than we anticipated but our house is large and it was worth the extra money.

It went perfectly. Belle Home was extremely helpful in finding a way to schedule me in when I needed them. They arrived when they said they would and did a really beautiful job cleaning the apartment. We were very pleased with the cleaning and I will be hiring them on a regular basis based on this experience. I highly recommend them!

I'm disappointed I have to write a negative review about this company, because I had such high hopes based on my interaction up to the day of service; I thought I'd found a cleaning company I'd be using long-term! I found Belle on AL and hired them to do an overall cleaning of a house I'd just finished rehabbing, before I staged & put it on the market. They initially came off as very pleasant & professional; I paid the deposit, scheduled the appointment and we were good to go. I wasn't able to be there at their scheduled time, but left them a key for access and they called while onsite letting me know that everything was going well--and that the only thing they couldn't really get to were the floors, since the workers were still kind of going back & forth. I told them that was no problem, since the priorities were things like the bathrooms, windows, etc. So, the next morning I arrive, ready to stage the property & expecting to see a (relatively) clean house. Imagine my surprise & dismay when...NOTHING had been done. I mean, the bathrooms were still just as dusty as ever...nothing had been touched, still even debris & dust across the kitchen countertops, etc. My contractor said that the women came--but didn't do anything, just "walked around upstairs," lol. When I called Belle to ask what had happened, their "explanations" were all over the place--"the contractors were in the way," "there were issues with the water & electricity," etc. I told them that was ridiculous--the water/electric has been on for months--and especially since they boast about bringing their own cleaning supplies, how much of it do you need to at least do minimal cleaning (which there was no evidence of)? Furthermore, I pointed out that none of these so-called "issues" had been presented to me when the ladies checked in with me during their time there. Since there was no time for them to come back and do a proper job before staging, professional photography & listing in the next few days, I requested a full refund instead. They claimed they could "only refund me for 1 hour,"--a $40 amount, which I thought was ridiculous since nothing was done. So, here I am instead, having to post a bad review & dispute their charges with my credit card company instead. (I would post pictures I took after their supposed appointment, if I had the means to on AL). All in all, I'm not sure what happened between my pleasant pre-appointment experience with them--and the non-cleaning that subsequently happened. I have no problems paying for good service--but I refuse to pay for non-existent service.

The 3 ladies were all very pleasant, efficient and hard working.

She couldn't possibly get to everything that was discussed in the time available for the money. The owner over promised what would get done and there was no follow up after. However, I like the woman who came to clean my home and decided to engage the service and am currently happy with how the cleaning is going.

They did a good job on the bathrooms. I left a detailed list of areas I wanted cleaned, but it was overlooked.

Everything went well, hopefully in the further they can clean the windows which are above normal hight.
