Their work was inconsistent. Sometimes we had a great person, but we never knew if we would have someone who did a really weak job, not completing what we agreed to.

I have been using this cleaning service for a few months prior to the review date. Upon looking for cleaning services in the area it was difficult to get call backs and to have people commit to a date to come take a look and make an estimate for the job. However, this service called back within the day and then came the next day to take a look and give an estimate. I was home the first time the 2 cleaners came and did a "full clean", which did cost more (as estimated)- $69. The full clean included cleaning of the kitchen cabinets and microwave, etc. Making the bed and wiping down tables, etc. The staff were friendly and professional, even when having a conversation with me while pulling undergarments out of the bed they were making. They did a fairly good job. There were a few areas they could have improved upon- such as cleaning floors in the corners behind toilet, etc. A floor scale was overlooked and not wiped down (indeed, there were footprints and dust space all around it). However, overall the service was good and I have continued using the service. In future cleans there was some confusion as to who the cleaners that were coming were and the cleaners obtain access to my apartment through the rental company, so a couple of times they came out and did not get to clean. The manager called and left a message in both cases and was not upset and simply rescheduled. After the clean date was changed, we also had a miscommunication about what day the cleaner was coming next (I assumed 2 weeks from the clean date and she assumed 2 weeks from the original clean date). Ultimately, I came home to a clean apartment- surprise and simply left the money the next time they came. Another time, I came home to a note that the laundry was in the dryer (which was great, as I had forgot to move it before I left for work- avoided smelly clothes that needed to be rewashed!) Overall, a very friendly company to work with and HONEST, hardworking staff. I do not always have everything tidy and they move items into neat piles and work around things to do a great job. Seems as if they do not get paid that much for the job they do, as they get paid by job versus the hour, or so I was told. Therefore, I try to leave a few dollars as a tip for the cleaning staff. If you use this service, just ensure you are CLEAR about SCHEDULES and make SPECIFIC comments and written instructions and they WILL IMPRESS YOU!
