Description of Work: The company came to visit me at the correct appointment time back in October 2011. They devised a plan for my lawn to be aerated and treated which would cost a substantial amount and I wasn't certain I would go ahead and do it. But, I'd paid for the aeration and knew that would be done. Then we had the terrible storm that knocked out power for almost two weeks. My lawn was covered with fallen debris for over one month. The winter came, and I never heard from SavATree. Spring came and still no contact. Finally, I called them, and they agreed that they still "owed" me but it was now into their busy season and I'd have to wait for fall. I do not intend to call them with a reminder. I am hopeful they will have me on their calendar. That is what they promised. If I don't hear from them and October comes around, I am certain I will finally contact them and ask when they intend on returning my money.
