Without Question the BEST! If you need help with a replacement furnace or pretty much ANY HVAC services please do your self a favor and hire this company! I witnessed first hand quality at its finest with this team. Within two days from the service call they were able to replace my furnace. Not only did the replacement go down perfectly but I feel they also saved my life by honoring me with what I d consider to be the Very Best quote and service in town or around - PERIOD! I told em I d always seek their help following this replacement job and I am sure for as long as they exist I ll be they re number one advocate. Absolutely professional, absolutely worth your time with results I m betting will last you. Without a Doubt if you need help give this group your first shot at remedy. I called Cawiamca furnace service from home advisor. From the time they discovered the problem my furnace was leaking CO2 into my house only to discover many cracks inside the furnace and SAFETY Was first priority. The next day the furnace was delivered and installed and old one taken away. Of course I had a hardship and this company worked with me. The guys were very polite clean and very neat. This is my first time with this company I will have them for all my furnace needs. They were all very prompt in showing up on the job and eager to start work. GREAT COMPANY AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Jeremy was quick in responding to our request and provided a written quote at time of visit. New boiler and hot water heater was installed within two days of hire . Their price couldn't be beat and their customer service was exceptional. Jeremy and Ron ( owner ) kept us well informed. Work was completed in a day with no issues and no mess left behind. Jeremy came the evening of the day I called him accommodating my schedule. It wasn't even an emergency, at least I didn't think it was. I called for a cleaning but he immediately identified a problem I didn't know I had. He walked me through the diagnostic, described and demonstrated the problem, quoted the job and when I accepted it he performed the repair. When he left my boiler was working efficiently. The boiler was working but the heated water wasn't circulating through the baseboard. I was constantly burning oil with minimal effect. It had felt drafty in the house and I was relying largely on a gas fireplace to take the chill out of the air. That's no longer the case, the house is warm. He's coming to clean the boiler Wednesday evening. I will never hire anyone but Jeremy again to maintain my boiler.

Woke up to a cold house (4:15 a.m.) on a Saturday morning.. I did a google search, looking for assistance. I left a message for this company and hoped for the best. Imagine my shock and disbelief when I got a text message saying that they were on an emergency call and would give me an estimated time to expect a call back. I received the call back, ten minutes before the estimated call back time. Jeremy, the technician, arrived promptly. He accessed the situation, got the part and did the repair ALL before 8 a.m. He was polite, professional and the service charges were affordable, (thank goodnss)!! I STRONGLY recommend this company to anyone and everyone that needs prompt, courteous, professional and affordable service. Thank you so much!!!!

They were originally scheduled to do the work on a Friday, but Wednesday prior we were without heat and it was a very cold day. On short notice, Jeremy came over at lunch time to repair our burner and get our heat back on. Knowledgeable, responsive, thorough and courteous, I could not have been more pleased with their service.

Great Service, Jeremy called me back a few minutes after submitting a quote request. He fixed the problem with my furnace quickly and for a reasonable price.

I fully recommend Jeremy from Cawiamca, LLC! He was the first one to call me soon after my submission on HomeAdvisor (which was on a Sunday). He then completely accommodated my work schedule by coming late in the afternoon the very next day. His sincere concern to get everything working properly before he left was amazing, especially since the job, to no fault of his own, took much longer than expected. Even so, he still only charged his original, reasonable quote. Throughout the project he thoroughly explained every detail of his work to me and even showed me future maintenance that I could perform myself. It actually felt more like having a friend over to help me out, rather than a repairman that I had never met before. I have already saved his cell phone number in my phonebook and won't hesitate to call him again for any furnace issues, as well as for any other service that Cawiamca offers. Thanks again Jeremy!
