RON P. (owner?) called me immediately after contacting Home Advisor and within a couple hours his repair crew (Brandon & Russ) were at my door. It turned out to be a very simple fix that took less than 15 minutes and they left without charging me anything. I was pleasantly surprised, And I would recommend them, and call them again without hesitation.

After meeting Ron the owner, he educated me of the benefits of replacing my 25 year old oil furnace and central air unit with a very efficient HEAT PUMP/AC unit. A real no Brainer decision. All electric, energy star rated and no more fuel oil. After a very reasonable quote, with veterans discount, I said I'm in. Two of his Team showed up on a Wednesday around 8am and by Friday around Noon my AC was on. Friendly, professional, attention to detail. Would highly recommend Cawiamca for all Heating and AC projects. Great company.

They were very Professional and got my new furnace in and working great. I was very excited when I got home and had heat.

Posted a job for a boiler replacement on homeadvisor on thursday and got a call in less than half an hour. Ron, one of the owners, said he could come take a look on saturday morning. I got a quote on monday. I decided to hire them on friday. Jeremy the boiler specialist and other co owner came by the the next day to take a few more pictures and check on a few other things. The boiler we decided on was a special order and took a few weeks to arrive. It came in on a monday and was installed by thursday. They started on thursday morning with a two man crew. Around lunch the Jeremy came by to see how things were going. Around 2pm an other two guys showed up to help. At about 3:30 the co owner and boiler specialist came by to oversee the final part of the install and operational testing. I was originally told it would be a two day install. They didn't just replace the boiler, they replaced the expansion tank, dual zone control box, etc. They worked until around 7pm to get it all done in one day. They bled all the radiators in the house and made sure they were heating properly. They took all the old parts with them and left no trash behind. Everybody from this company was extremely professional. They arrived within five minutes of the time they said they would be at my house. Nobody could beat the quote they gave me for the install. Any questions I had were responded to in 30 minutes or less. The install looks amazing so much shiny copper pipe. Cawiamca gave me a 3 year warranty where they will take care of all the labor and parts if anything goes wrong. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a company coming to my house to do something.They performed consistently above my expectations. They will be the first people I call if I need any more work done on my heating system. I highly recommend Cawiamca.

We first called Cawiamca to see if they could repair our old split system. The guys cane out the same day. Unfortunately, the old system is was quite obsolete and it just wasn't worth repairing. Ron got us a quote on a new system immediately. Within a few days we had a whole new system installed! Price was reasonable, the guys all were pleasant and professional. We are way more than pleased with the outcome! And we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cawiamca to anyone!

Everything a consumer would want when looking to hire someone for a major job. Called on a Sat., came on Sun., later that day sent a quote. Were back on Mon., removed the old boiler. On Tues. installed the new system. Very efficient, done a great job, and was very affordable. Everything you would want when having to replace a major component of your house. It looks so clean and done well. Highly recommend Cawiamca to anybody.

My wife and I were selling our Old Saybrook second home and needed the boiler replaced quickly and economically. Ron Pelletier immediately responded to my request for help and with his excellent technician, Jeremy, got the job done and also took care of some air conditioning issues as well. He was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly to any questions I had. I plan to use him at our primary home in Glastonbury as well.

I was in the market for a ductless AC system for my house. With a project like this, it is wise to get multiple estimates and do your research. Cawiamca came right away to provide me with an estimate, came in at the best price, and could start the work the soonest. They installed three head units in the bedrooms and one in my living area. They left no mess in my home and placed drop cloths at the entrance. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my AC system and stand behind their products and labor. I would highly recommend them.

Ron and Jeremy really cared about their customers. Jeremy came to my rescue for the oil tank leaking, did a great job patching up the leaks and replaced the tank right after when the weather permitted.

I am so appreciative of the fast service we received when our furnace decided to not function. Within a couple of hours of calling, the team was at my home cleaning/fixing the furnace. Home is now warm and toasty. They were kind, courteous and informative. I would definitely recommend them.

Ron and his team have been a real pleasure to work with. I had water damaged in my master bath that turned into a master bedroom floor replacement, a lower level drywall replacement in 3 rooms and a complete master bathroom remodel. Ron worked with me through every step of the renovations. From initial inspection to renovation ideas to improve the functionality of the bathroom. Put me in contact with a great design specialist for materials for the bathroom. I have worked with other teams before and they can not compare to the high quality and professional attitude of Ron and his team. I am a bit of a perfectionist and noted things that I wasn t sure about but Ron s team or Ron would quickly answer my questions or work with me to improve the design and/or the things I wanted done differently. His team noted small things around the house and took care of them without asking or adding cost to the project. I had a few pieces of drywall tape in other rooms that had started to work there way off and his guys redid them and paint the area. Ron and his team have made this project very easy for my family and I. They are efficient and have a true art for their trade. They produce a high quality product. They always maintained a clean environment while they are working. Ensuring that they clean up their work site at the completion of everyday. Respectful and polite during every conversation. Work with me to answer my questions and fix the issues I note throughout the project. Returns phone calls quickly normally within a few minutes. Or he will come over to the house to answer my questions in person. And show me his thoughts so we can brainstorm the best results together. I would HIGHLY recommend using them for any home improvement project you may have. I will definitely be using them again when we decide to move onto the next home improvement project.
