Three Locations in Fairfield County, Norwalk, Stamford and Stratford, CT. We clean fine textiles like Oriental/Area rugs, drapery, window treatments and upholstered cushions in our Three Plants. Service areas include Fairfield County Connecticut, Southwestern New Haven County Connecticut and southeastern Westchester County New York. We service on-site residential and corporate business wall to wall carpet and upholstery, and fabric. Description of Work: They cleaned and deorderized one room. A little expensive for one bedroom. There was a stain, that came clean and carpet looked great however, the stain is back, so I called they are coming out again. thats it for now.

Description of Work: Have used them before and have just sent out another rug. Their phone answerer is excellent--professional and informational. I wanted information about storing the rug after it was cleaned, and she gave me several alternative plans. Although I haven't gotten the rug back yet, I'm sure I will be satisfied. I have enough experience with this company to consider it the best one by far in this area.

Description of Work: We have used Triple S for a number of services during the last 34 years. They have cleaned our carpets, upholstery, altered curtains and draperies, but the most recent service has been adapting a Stark Carpet originally designed for our living room in a former home to our bedroom in our new home. They were able to shorten the carpet by cutting off the necessary amount and then resewing the fretwork edge back on to the carpet. It was a successful project and less expensive than other estimates we had. They also rebacked the carpet and treated it to prevent staining.

Description of Work: 6 throw rugs needed cleaning. Each measured 2 feet by 6 feet. One was covered with chocolate containing vomit which I thought was ruined. All rugs came back clean. I brought the rugs to the facility in Stamford which I believe is owned by the same people. One rug was misplaced by them. They insisted I had it which I didn't. They were slow in finding the lost rug but did personally deliver it to my home when it was found. They were not apologetic until the boss was informed of the problem. He took me seriously and took care of the problem.
