Triple S Carpet & Drapery Cleaners

recently had the pleasure of using Triple S Carpet to clean six of my area rugs, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. With pets in the house, I know carpets need an extra deep cleaning, and Triple S Carpet delivered exactly that. When my area rugs were returned, they smelled like fresh spring meadows—absolutely delightful! The service was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. A special shoutout to Steve Jr., who went above and beyond to address an issue with the fringe on my Arabian carpet. Despite my last service seeing the fringe unraveling, Steve Jr. replaced it twice at no charge, demonstrating exceptional customer care and commitment to quality. His dedication truly reflects the high standards of Triple S Carpet. I highly recommend Triple S Carpet for their fantastic service, attention to detail, and excellent customer support. They exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

Very pleasant and helpful woman on the phone gave me service levels and pricing options for two oriental rugs and three pieces of furniture. Service call made to house, rugs were dropped off and were ready for pick up ~1 week later. Rugs look great.

As usual, it went as expected. Don showed up on time, explained the work and was fair in his pricing.

The rep was terrific: friendly, very thorough and careful in his explanations of what could and couldn't be done for these old drapes! The cleaning done was amazing under the circumstances.

Triple S arrived day after we called them and completely removed the stains. Fast, professional, knowledgeable - couldn't ask for more.

Job was done on time and on budget. Not a simple repair - cord on a roman shade/curtain needed redoing. We have used this company in past for carpet and drape cleaning, shades, shade repair and they do great work at a fair price.

I think the workmanship was okay. The time to do the work was a little lengthy. Since they were doing the fringes at the end, I asked them particularly to make it look like the other side and they didn't really do that. The price was fair, The quality of the work was good. They're pretty professional people in terms of their demeanor.

I called the office to ask some questions and eventually made an appointment. The woman I dealt with was very courteous and professional (and made me laugh too). She explained the costs and said the technician would make the final calculation. The technician was very professional and seemed very thorough. The final cost was actually below the estimate. I gave price a B because you can't "see" the fabric protection until you need it. I hope to never see if it truly works. :-) I had heard of Triple S many times over the last 10+ years and would definitely use their services again.

Salesperson came to our home and removed the blinds and they were taken to their facility to be cleaned. They were returned to us in perfect condition and were installed by the salesperson. Excellent job!

As expected, although they seemed rushed at delivery time and cut one of the pads too short.

They did a great job. They were very responsive: so many vendors today say they’ll come over and you don’t know where they are. This company was right on the money and did it right when they said they would do it. I have moved so I wouldn’t personally use them again but I would recommend them to others.

Customer service reps on the phone are rude and have bad attitudes. Cleaner arrived over an hour late after numerous phone calls to reps. He did do an excellent job cleaning our carpet and worked very hard. The customer service supervisor told me that she would call me in 3 days due to him being over an hour late and follow up. Of course she never called. They really need do need to do something about their reps attitudes. Have had the same problem with them in the past.

Triple S Carpet & Drapery Cleaners gave me an estimate in advance, showed up on time, brought the oriental rugs back when they said they would, and I thought they did a terrific job with the cleaning.

They did a very good job and cleaned up some old stains better than I expected. The guy arrived on time and the service was very quiet, fast, and unobtrusive. The rugs look so much better that I am having them come back to do the hallway and stairs. I only wish I had thought to have them do this the first time.

.Our experience with Triple S was extremely positive from the beginning through to the end. This was also my first experience using Angie's List. I first talked to Melanie at Triple S who was knowledgeable, able to answer my questions and give me an estimate of the cost. We settled on a date for the service and two gentlemen showed up on exactly that date. They were congenial and professional. One of them in particular, was extremely knowledgeable and told us about the process they would be usiing as well as answering our many questions. We were particularly concerned because the house is on a concrete slab. They did the job that was promised including moving the furniture and the result was very good. Because the carpet is beige and had not previously been cleaned, we noticed the heavy traffic areas remained slightly soiled.Even though these areas were not that noticeable, they came back within the week , as they said they would and cleaned up those areas. I would absolutely use Triple s again and recommend them. I am planning on having them come back to do the draperies, It is a good feeling to have a reputable and reliable company to d othe job. Using Angie's List was also a good experience. I no longer have to rely on family and friends to try and find somebody to do work around the house and I am grateful for that because it never wroked very well!

They were convenient. They can come to you or you can bring it to them.

They delivered the carpet within 2 weeks and rolled it out at our home. I had a lot of questions and they were very helpful and informative.

I take the stuff to their location; they do not come here. There are different levels that you can ask for such as just plain cleaning or they can put deodorizer on if you have problems with pets; you choose and the price varies accordingly. It is the only place like this that I go to and I will use them again in the future.
