They did a great job. They were quick and professional and knew how to get all the stains out.

The price I paid was inclusive of pickup and deliver. They were successful in removing wine stains, but seemed expensive. They were punctual for the job and I was satisfied. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

The people who picked up the rugs said someone would call within a few days to discuss the repairs. No one called and two days before the rugs were due to be returned we called. No one had assessed the repairs but after two attempts eventually someone found the rugs in the warehouse and told us the repairs would be expensive and might not look very good so we decided not to have it done (did not look like major repair to me but I am not an expert, and it sounded like the person did not want to deal with it). The rugs were returned on the day promised. The delivery people were polite, placed the rugs as requested and cleaned up after themselves. Rugs were definitely cleaner, but several stains had not been removed, and one corner had been stretched out of shape so it no longer formed a right angle. The cleaning was fine but it was disappointing that these "specialists" did not remove stains (I don't know what they were from, there was more than one) nor do the hoped-for repairs. The new pads were nice and had been cut to the proper size.

They do a good job. They are timely. The works were very professional and responsible. We have used them many times. I rate them high overall.

Good customer service and assistance at time of booking. Quickly made room for me in their schedule - cleaned the next day. Professional and polite technician arrived on time to do the cleaning. Job was completed quickly and effectively. Expensive but I would use them again.

The last time they came, they didn’t spend enough time, they didn’t do a thorough job and they charged too much. They did a medial job and they overcharged me for that. They were punctual and responsive. I might use them again in the future.

I used their service many times earlier. I think that they area rug cleaning charges are absurdly expensive. I don't use them for that though. They are reasonable on wall to wall or semi reasonable and ridiculously expensive on area rugs and I don't know why. I use them for wall to wall cleaning.

The carpet came out beautifully. But I've used other carpet cleaning companies in the past who could get stains out too. What made this experience different is that the person who came took the time to explain the process, and also to explain what to do if this happens again. Also, he finished up a prior job early, and then called to see if we were ready for him to come early or to keep the original appointment. His professionalism was excellent - he really cared about what he was doing. The only negative is that the price is higher than I have paid in the past for the single room and from the discussion on the phone prior to the appointment, but there is a guarantee (6 months) that is part of the difference.

We have alwasy been happy with Triple S's service. They have cleaned our wall-to-wall carpets, area rugs and sofa over the years. They always do a great job, are very professional and take good care with our furniture that they move around to complete their work. I think their pricing is very fair as well. I would highly recommend them.

Cleaning was OK. Told one price on the phone $350 for 2 rugs for gold or deluxe package due to buy one get one sale. when men showed up, it was a different price, about $100 more. I had to have the men call and they would not honor price as quoted. I opted for a lower service which did not include scotchguard because I felt cheated by them, like a bait and switch. Not sure I would use them again. Rug cleaning seemed good to remove pet stains.

If they say they doubrt that they can do it, trust them and save your money!

We have used Triple S in the past for rug cleaning with great results. This experience was to have tile and grout cleaned on marble and ceramic tile surfaces in bathrooms and hallways. The Triple S representatives were punctual, responsive and professional in preparing estimates and in completing the work. In a few problem areas they suggested special treatments and were clear on what we might expect with and without the special treatment. As always, a pleasure working with Triple S! Excellent work with great results.

I have been bringing my area rugs / orientals for cleaning to Triple S for many years. We bring them in, they look them over very thoroughly (they will tell you if fringe is worn, or carpet frayed at the time you drop them off), and they will give you a price for cleaning. You'll get a call when they're cleaned. They do have specials on cleaning - reduced rates for those who bring their carpets in - and it's always a good deal. People are friendly and most helpful. They will remove the rugs from your car when dropping off and put them back in after they are cleaned. Cost is very reasonable. I will continue to use their service - can't be beat.

Before I moved, I had all my rugs cleaned by Triple S. This included several valuable oriental carpets I've had for a long time. Triple S is great in that they are not only very professional, but they offer sales on their services during the year. I took advantage of one of these sales, saved a lot of money and they did a very nice job.

They were on time. They did a great job, and they did it just for the price they said they were going to.

The carpets look nice. I don't know if I'd go back to them. I felt it was pretty expensive for what I got. First of all, when I called up, they really didn't ask what kind of fabric I had, they were saying, oh, you have wool carpets. I didn't know I had wool carpets. They were saying how it would cost more and require a different solution. That's something they could have mentioned on the phone. When they got here, it added to some confusion. I didn't think that was very professional.

The company is prompt and efficient, and at the end they recommend the best ways to allow the area to dry, and also there is a guarantee, so if any spots resurface, they will return for no extra charge. They did not resurface here.

The response to coming out and giving an estimate was excellent..as was the quick appointment time. My only concern was that the estimator indicated that a sofa could be cleaned and spots removed however when the service man came, he was doubtful... and therefore I didn't go ahead. While I appreciate the honesty, I'm not sure about the discrepancy but did not follow up.

They have provided us with the cleaning of our carpets every year for about ten years now. They are prompt, very professional and have the same employees year after year. Our carpets are almost all white and they do a good job of cleaning and protecting it.

Prompt, courteous, helpful service. Explained what they could do, couldn't do (i.e., clean areas that were heavily trafficked and flattened by door).

He was very early, but waited patiently for me to arrive. We did a walk-through and he explained the process. I was hoping the cleaning would help remove extensive furniture indentations from the previous tenant, but was told it may not help. The cleaning only took about 30 minutes, and I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the indentations were virtually gone. The carpet was noticeably cleaner. The total charge was slightly less than they estimated.

The service man Chris, arrived exactly on time; he phoned a few minutes before arriving. He was very friendly and professional. He examined the work to be done. The job had already been estimated by their estimator about a week earlier. The service rep. then set right to work and had completed the jobs in a little more than an hour and the results looked very good. However, on the next day, the basement carpet still showed signs of the staining. We called Chris who arranged another visit. Apparently the staining that re-appeared after drying is not that unusual because it was a water stain. Chris cleaned it by hand with a special water rust remover and it looks perfect now.

We were very pleased with the entire process. He was right on time and started out by measuring the area to be cleaned while explaining what he would be doing. The original estimate was based on their platinum level of service and our measurements. After observing the work that we had done to clear the area, he downgraded everything except the master bedroom from platinum (moving furniture) to gold (move light furniture). His measured area was also less than our (IMO accurate) measurements. We are very pleased with how clean our carpets came out. We rented a carpet cleaner from the local hardware store a year or two ago, but it didn't make a dent in some of the stains that Triple-S was able to remove.
