Pretty much explained in the service performed. My only complaint was a small one on the price. I felt that if they if they are hired for the repair, they should not charge for the service call, which is a fair price if you decide not to repair the unit. The actual cost for the repair, parts and labor were very reasonable, but to add the charge for the call seemed a little much. All in all very satisfied. They came when promised and didn't try to push me into anything I didn't need, and the service guy had everything he needed in his truck, even though the unit is over 20 years old. Can't beat a Maytag

They came when they said they were going to come, and they were very professional. They also knew what they were doing. The space we wanted out dryer in was a small area and they fit it in. They also repair dryers and do free installation.

My initial experience with this vendor was not good, as the tech had committed to coming out between 1 and 4 pm and never showed up or called. (he said he called and left a message but I had been home all afternoon and no message was on my answering machine). I called back next morning and expressed my disappointment and frustration at having had to take off work for a wasted afternoon. I was assured the tech would come back the next day, which he did. He was professional, identified the problem in a few minutes and repaired my oven. I was very pleased with his work.

I called REO and the service dept. answered promptly. The technician that arrived was professional, polite and extremely painstaking in troubleshooting the problems. The oven turned out to be a broken wire in the outlet and the technician repaired. Another technician came to repair the washing machine. In both cases, they had the parts and took care of the problem promptly. They made sure I was happy and understood exactly what they had done to repair the problem.

Clothes are still getting clean. We will wait and buy new next year.

Excellent. Repair people called me at work to meet them at home, since I work in the same town. They arrived before me but were not at all upset by my delay. They fixed the machine in about 40 minutes, two young men working fast. I felt the bill was fair, given the expensive area we live in. Washer has worked fine since the repair. And they take credit cards so I didn't have to dig for a check. Excellent repair service.

THEY WERE RESPONSIVE. THEY GOT HERE QUICKLY, AND THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. WE BOUGHT OUR APPLIANCES THERE. THE QUALITY OF THEIR REPAIR WORK IS GOOD.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY DID THE TIMING OF IT AND ALL. IT WAS A COMPLICATED JOB, BUT THEY DID IT IN A DAY. OTHER PEOPLE WOULDN'T EVEN DO THE JOB. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
