Description of Work: We needed a vent hose reattached on a unitized (all-in-one) gas powered washer-dryer but the top of the unit could not be pulled far enough out from the gas line to get at it. The repairman was on time, showed us how to detach and pull out just the dryer to attach the hose, helped clean up the lint that had settled on and around the appliances, and was very nice and professional. Would definitely call them for appliance repair again next time!

Description of Work: The main burner on my stove died right before the big Christmas eve dinner I was hosting. They came right away, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and had it back running in less than 1 day (and in time for my dinner). They also identified that another burner was about to go, and fixed it pro-actively. Very happy with their service.

Description of Work: They removed down and feathers from the inside of my dryer (caused by fluffing an old pillow which burst). The down was burning in the gas pilot light. Larry and his helper were efficient, tidy, capable, and quick. (And they didn't laugh at me.)

Description of Work: My washing machine was not working, and my Sub-Zero ice maker was broken. | |Best Appliance Repair's response time was great. The problem with the washer was diagnosed quickly and a part ordered. The part was installed and the problem was resolved. | |The ice maker was not working correctly for a long time. Another repair man said that replacing it would cost about $800.00. Larry, from Best Appliance, made two adjustments to the current one and for the cost of 15 minutes labor. It's now working perfectly. To say the least, I will be calling them again with any appliance problem!

Description of Work: Diagnosed that washing machine not worth repairing. Made appointment for service to be done within one day. Appeared on time and ready to work with helper. Prepared written repair report for submitting to washing machine manufacturer explaining that excessive vibrations caused failure of bearing and generated tremendous amount of smoky fumes. Larry is very honest and never tries to make work or pad up the bill. Have had his repair service for a refrigerator and dishwashers. Would use, and recommend without hesitation, this appliance repair service in the future to anyone needing such service.

I explained the person on the phone what the problem was and he right away said he knew what the issue was and it was a very simple fix. He told me what to do and within seconds my dishwasher was working. I am very impressed with their honesty as he could have easily scheduled a service call and got paid for it. I had called at least 5 other places (to see if I can get service on the same day) and none of them knew or bothered to tell me what it could be. I will definitely be calling them next time I have an issue with any of my appliances.
