This contractor is why customers are weary of contractors in general. They charged me $150 for an hour of low quality work that was supposed to be a evaluation for a quote. They left my shower inoperable for 2 weeks while they claimed they needed to order parts from Kohler. Kohler has a lifetime guarantee on all their products. I'll called Kohler and they sent me the parts for free. Badaracco wanted to charge me for the parts they ordered ($225 + shipping fees) plus they were going to charge me another fee to install. I broached the impropriety of all this with them and they were caught off guard and noncommittal. I would recommend no one should use them or you recommend them.

Within a minute of requesting a quote, Tony called. Said he would come the following morning and look at the water heater. Less then 24 hours after that I have a new water heater at what I believe to be a very fair price.
