Drastically over priced. $250 for initial hr. $95 per hr after per plumber for 2 plumbers on a job that could have bee. done by one. One plumbers appeared to be an apprentice. He went upstairs where our bedrooms were located and used our bathroom without asking first. I found that to be very unprofessional. Sorry we were once loyal customers but must part ways.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Tony Badaracco on a large job in Greenwich. We did a full kitchen, seven bathrooms, and laundry renovation for a very large sum of money, and we were left with a home full of leaking faucets, improperly plumbed showers, and a variety of lost plumbing parts that we had to pay out of pocket for. Tony himself only showed up a handful of times throughout the 8-month project: at the very beginning of the job to get his deposit, at the rough inspection to get paid, and at the final inspection, you guessed it, to get paid. His rough guys came to work reeking of booze and cigarettes. His foreman came to work often angry and incoherent, threw in his air pods so he did not have to communicate with me, and went to work with his Sawzall recklessly tearing through walls. I brought up issues as they came to light, such as subpar vinyl wrap jobs on our showers and crooked shower valves. Any time things had to be fixed because of incompetence on his part, it was a huge ordeal, and I was often amazed that any parts he does not supply he does not guarantee and that my tile guy should stop complaining and just tile the showers. Another thing to note is that he charges a PREMIUM (we are talking a 20% markup) on every nut, bolt, screw, and pipe he uses, and his mechanics charge $185 an hour. Yes, you read that right they are as expensive as attorneys. All he cares about is extracting as much money as possible out of his clients pockets with zero regard for the agreed-upon scope of work or integrity of his product. I renovate homes full time and have done so for about a dozen years, and I can tell you that this is one of my absolute worst subcontractor experiences ever. I believe that his positive reviews are paid for and not authentic. He is an awful human being, and I recommend avoiding him at all costs.

Greg of Badaracco plumbing installed two toilets and a bathroom faucet. His work was excellent. He was on time, efficient, and most of all capable. Iâ  m very pleased with my newly installed toilets and faucet.

Had Badaracco come in to do a dishwasher install which necessitated replacing some plumbing under the sink. Realized, after the plumber left, that the dishwasher door was rubbing against the countertop and wouldnâ t automatically open at the end of the wash cycle. Badaracco returned the next day and found one side of the dishwasher, where it attaches to the cabinet, had come loose. It was a 5 minute repair at no charge. Dishwasher is working well now.

First class service at a reasonable price. A competiitor (suggested by home advisor) initially gave me a cheaper quote, but doubled the price upon entering my house. Badaracco has a fixed and upfront hourly rate instead. Kris (the technician) was very friendly and very efficient. I would definitely go with Badaracco for all my plumbing needs.

Worst experience ever for my first time in home advisors. This guy named tony called me said he would be able to have a guy come out to check my water heater. Never ever disclosed he'd charge me a fee for that, mind you on his home advisors page it says free estimates. This Greg guy came to my house, I had already had another company at my home since it was urgent they had open the water heater already. Greg literally just looked at what the guys had already taken apart and all he said was it needs to be replaced completely. The said it was $1600 I told the guy that it was a bit high and that I would get back to him. He said it was $225 (he never did anything) then I call the boss and ask him what fee he was referring and tony said it the fee for our time. Am like that is horrible. For doing nothing. He literally said if I didn't pay his guy he would call the police on me. Then his fee went from $225 to $100 or that he would not charge me if I did the job with him. I personally called the police and they said they don't show up for that, that he may just be wanting to intimidate me. Worst experience ever. I would never recommend them.
