Tony was very responsive to our plumbing needs. He sent a crew of guys over immediately after hours to fix a rusted and broken sewage pipe that ran up three stories of our house. The guys were friendly, professional and careful with their demo and clean up. Two weeks later we had them back to do other outside plumbing work and we were thoroughly pleased again.

Almost $300 to replace the inner workings of the toilet. You can buy the entire module in Home Depot for less than $50. Wouldn't recommend them based on cost. This was a simple problem requiring very little skill and about 20 minutes of work. I would shop around for a handyman the next time.

They charge to check out the job, which I do not like, which somewhat forces you to go with them once they diagnose the issue; otherwise, it's $75 out the door... Once given the OK to work, they don't leave until the problem is fixed.

They came out on same day. Diagnosed the problem immediately. Fixed it on the spot. Clean, efficient. My only issue was that I had no idea what the charge would be until after the job was finished. Part of that was my fault. That said, the total charge was on high side, but within the expected spectrum.
