Tony was great. We had a hot water heater fail at 6:00PM and he was there by 7:30PM with a new tank. He was very reasonable with what he charged us. The next day, one of our faucets in the kitchen broke. He was there within two hours, coming from a job almost an hour away to take care of it. I was contacted almost immediately after placing my request with ServiceMagic. I was given a price that was in line with other quotes but in this case was able to purchase the brand that I wanted where other contractors had a specific brand of water heater I needed to purchase. We agreed on the price on Friday and first thing Monday morning the water heater was delivered and installed. They were very efficient and let me know exactly what they were doing. I Needed a plumbing repair job fast. It took a local plumber 5 days to come over and look at the job. When they did, they spent 3 minutes and verbally advised me that the job would cost $1,200. .
