The work quality for water heater replacement was OK. However, upon the final inspection I noticed that the flue pipe penetration thru the basement concrete wall is not properly sealed. The contractor corrected deficiency with silicone sealant. The contract appears to be a bit pricy.

My experience was excellent from the first phone call to the conclusion of the project. The work was impeccable. The staff is reliable, pleasant and very professional. Run don't walk to your phone to call them if you need plumbing work. You will not be disappointed.

Response to my inquiry was very fast, and an appointment and visit was easily arranged for the same day. Anthony Badarocco arrived with the required parts in hand, and proceeded to make repairs quickly. He was personable and cleaned the area well after finishing. Badaracco were able to give me a fair quote and had my water heater replacement scheduled within the week. The whole removal and installation process was uneventful which is what I want when hiring a contractor. The only issue with this vendor was that when I called them for another plumbing isssue, they did not call back.
