Everything went well and all were extremely courteous and right on time. I would use them again in a NY minute...

The plumber arrived earlier than expected. He had all his equipment and checked the problem. He snaked the drain a few times, doing the best he could without damaging the pipe. He cleaned up after the job was done. We were very satisfied with this service and price and would definitely call them again.

My home needed its sump pump replaced after the current one failed to turn on automatically (following multiple days of torrential rains) leading to over 2" of water in my basement). Steve from Atomic Rooter was great in answering all questions and within 2 days of contacting to explain my issue, he sent someone right out to install a new pump. I would definitely recommend them. Any questions or calls were returned promptly and their services were appreciated.

I called Atomic Rooter at 11am and by 3pm, everything was fixed. The gentleman was professional and courteous. He clearly explained what needed to be done and how he was going to fix the problems. He also gave me the price up front enabling me to say "no I couldn't afford the repairs" or to validate the needed repairs. I was very impressed with the speed of the entire encounter. I would recommend Atomic Rooter. In terms of price, I haven't had major plumbing issues in many years so I can't exactly comment on the competitive pricing of the job but it was done and seems to be done well.

Steve and his helper were very nice, knew what they were doing and did the dewinterization quickly and efficiently. They highlighted where a couple of future issues may occur and that the furnace wasn't working, and I should call the installer to check why. Steve explained what he was doing, showed me how I could restart the system myself and explained a water filtration system. They did say they would be there between 10am - 12pm. I called just after 12, and was told I'd be called back within 5 mins, I called back another hour later and they did call back this time and said they would be there within the hour. At 2.15 I had decided to give up and leave, 5 mins later they called and said they were at the house. They waited another 30 mins for the realtor to return and unlock the house so they did make up for the fact they were so late by being very patient waiting to get access. They were not the cheapest quote I got for the service but they could take the booking when I needed it (within 48 hours of me calling for the quote).

I called Steve for an estimate after reviewing comments on Angie's List. His team arrived within an hour of my call. The repair was tricky because it was close to the wall and in a tight-fitting utility closet. They repaired the leak in about 45 mins and charged a very fair price. I'm very happy with the results and responsiveness of Steve and his team!

Called around 9:15 am and got answering service, but company called back immediately. Service provider (KP) showed up around 11:15 am (before 11:30 as promised). KP was very courteous and professional effectively clearing the clogged drain and removing calcium deposits. He also provided advice on keeping the drain clear. Thank you Atomic Rooter and KP!!!

Steve was great in following up with me on replacing the faucet parts with original Koehler parts. There was also a problem with the hot and cold pipes not brig aligned to the signs on the faucet- the guys fixed that as well. It's functioning flawlessly now. Very pleased with the work. My family woke up to our septic tank back flowing into our house. I called our septic tank company and they came out right away and gave me a name of another drain service company. They were less than responsive despite claiming 24/7 service. I found Atomic Rooter thank to Angie's List and every step from the answering service to the on-call technician were wonderful. It was 7pm and 12 degrees outside and Joey arrived earlier than expected! He was quick to get to work and give detailed explanation of the work he was going to do, even though the access valve was under a crawl space, covered by snow, in really cold weather he didn't bat and eye. Joey was extremely professional and honest, it was a pleasure working with him. I would definitely recommend Atomic Rooter to anyone and call again if I had any other issues.

The initial service was to install a new toilet, not realizing there was a challenge - the branch line was heavily clogged. They were able to clear it. I would suggest that the company place on the floor and walls some type of covering for protection from snaking.

Steve came with Freddie - his helper. The promised to be there on Saturday and did show up on time. I appreciated that there was no extra charge for Saturday work. Steve is clearly talented when it comes to plumbing and knows what he is doing. You can relax because he is a professional and very good. They snaked the pipe, identified where the problem was after with a in-sewer camera - and were in and out in an hour and a half. Steve also took a look at my kitchen sink which was leaking and informed me what kind of fixture to get to repair it. I was grateful for his expertise. Steve is excellent and I highly recommend him. You are in good hands with Atomic.

The appointment was quick - the day after I called. The plumbers came on time and worked for 1-2 hours and fixed the issues. While there were some issues on the leak repairs, a second follow up visit by Steve allowed for another look-up. The toliet leak is now functioning well. Steve has also ordered another cartridge for a Kohler faucet in the bath tub and I am impressed with his customer service focus. Thanks

Called the service around 4:45 PM Saturday afternoon with my clogged waste pipe. Steve called back within 15 minutes and said they would be on-site befor 6:00 PM. KP showed up around 5:55 PM and worked to troubleshoot the issue.He found from the outside the cleanout vent pipe was loaded with bird nest material. He cleaned out as much material as possible and we started running water so he could further evaluate any clogging. He augered out the cleanout from the outside as the access port was not really accessible. All plumbing functioned properly after his efforts. He also recommended modifying the vent port to prevent further bird intrusion. All told, our problem was remedied withing two hours from my first call. KP was prompt, polite, knowledgable, and very professioinal in his efforts.

The service provider uses a phone service, and responded right away. Took 2 visits to fully resolve the issue. While ultimate the work was done, I had a couple of issues: 1) It was not clear whether the Angie's List member discount was applied, since I never received an invoice, either through e-mail or mail. The overall cost was double the estimate given over the phone ($350 instead of $175), but probably because it was a bigger issue than anticipated. Nonetheless, it would have been helpful if I was provided a revised estimate before proceeding with the work. 2) The second plumber was recommending breaking down the wall and gain access to the pipe directly. However, he did not ask whether there was an alternate method of accessing the pipes (there was). It was a good thing that I mentioned that there was a drain access in the basement, which expedited the work without breaking down the walls (and the subsequent repair that I would have hiring someone else to do).

I call the service and someone say I would get a call back. with 30 minutes I did get the call and the caller said he would be their in an hour. he was at my house with in 30 minutes . I told him what the problem was and he describe what he could do fix it and the cost. He completed the job and told me to call him if I have any issues with the drain.

I placed a phone message with the answering service on Sunday night at approximately 9:30 pm. By 8 am the next morning the phone rang. The person from Atomic told me he would arrive at 9 am. Exactly at 9 am he and a worker arrived. (Incidentally I called 3 plumbers and left messages with each answering service. This was the only provider who responded.) They got right to work and cleared the problem drain(s.) My issue was weird: when I turned on the clothes washer I got an overflow of water as well as back-up into the bathroom sink with what looked like The Blob emerging from the drain. Since they were already there I had them clear the main sewer line also which needed to be done. My water flows down the drains quickly now and I felt they did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. They called me back quickly the next morning early and showed up within an hour of calling. They left the place clean and the price was comparable to the current rates other plumbers charge. And the fact that they are local and responded quickly (vs the others who never bothered to return a call) is worth noting. Call Atomic before you call the others ... you will get positive results and fast.

Although we had difficulty aligning our schedules for the first appointment, I was happy we finally connected with a good result. We will be happy to call this company again for future plumbing needs.

Nice guy. Owner came with one helper. Got it scheduled for the next weekend day. He was timely, need and efficient. I would recommend and use him again.

Atomic Rooter called back promptly and sent Larry over within a couple hours. He was friendly and pleasant to deal with. He snaked the main sewer line to clear the blockage and then sent a video camera down the line to reveal where the roots were growing in the pipe. He was informative about our options to fix the issue permanently. We'll definitely rely on atomic Rooter for our plumbing issues in the future.

I was missing a part and asked if they could set up so that I could easily install. They said no - I would have to call for another appointment and pay $200.

Sometime less is more, it was great.
