Description of Work: Simple bathtub drain cleaning. They responded immediately, and were able to arrive within an hour or two of my call. The clog was not in a place where they could use the snake (it was just under the drain popup, in a tub where the popup cannot be removed), but they used a picking tool to remove the hair clog. Given the amount I paid for some other plumbing a week later, their price is a little high, but they did make it out on short notice, promptly, and did what they said they would do.

Description of Work: They replaced a 30 foot section of cast iron waste pipe that had developed a crack in the basement

Description of Work: We had a clogged pipe which caused the washing machine discharged water to back up into our kitchen sink. | |Joey arrived at our house within two hours after I placed my phone call. He gave us the estimate for the job, upon our agreement, proceeded and completed the job within the hour. Joey was very thorough in double checking to make sure that the clog was cleared and also did a great job in cleaning up afterward.

Description of Work: Replaced extraction pump for basement bathroom. |Simple job for these guys, not onyl did the it well, but more importantly did the little extra, we all like, by providing better supports to the drain pipes and reduced the sound the pump makes on discharge, which is really nice to not have to hear the drain pipe bang any more. |Did a great job - would hire them again for my plumbing needs. |Also, at first they did not realize I found them through Angie's List - where I used a 10% discount, and it was not applied to the bill, so I emailed Steve and he sent a check. That's good business style.

Description of Work: I had an earlier review for atomic rooter with an F grade, for ah job done in November. My experiences as based on the fact that the leaking toilet started malfunctioning a couple of days after the repair. Steve from Atomic rooter called a week back and offered to reinspect and repair. He came in today and looked over the toilet and it is now working properly. I really appreciate the customer focus that Steve brings to his job. Thanks.
