First called a couple of weeks ago. Tech came out when promised, described that a gasket fitting around the inside of the door and plastic framing around the outside needed to be ordered and when received by them, they'd come back out and install the parts. Second time out they had the correct gasket but one (out of four) of the side plastic framing was the wrong size, so he installed the right parts and said they'd order the correct fourth plastic part. Just came out today and replaced the correct part, job is complete.

I have used Anytime Appliance multiple times over the years. Initially I used them for a repair of my Dacor double wall oven. They did a great job fixing that, dealing with the vendor for warranty parts and completing the repair professionally and correctly. When the techs were out fixing the oven, I had then look at a problem I was having with my washing machine. They gave me suggestions and ideas on how to troubleshoot the problem (intermittent issue with drain pump). When I decided it was time get it fixed I call them and they had all the notes and were able to get the parts and complete the repair quickly. The whole AA team is great!

I used Anytime Appliance in February 2016 to fix our Miele Vacuum. The job was reasonable priced (about $50?), done well and done quickly. We recently used them again to fix our washer. This job took a little longer because they had to order the part and wait for it (not their fault). But they did do the repair work (about $175 all in) and it is working fine now. I would recommend and I will use them again if needed.

Anytime has been my appliance repair company for several years. They are always very professional and courteous. They do repairs in the time promised including the ordering of parts. They leave the area that they work in, in the same condition that they found it. I am planning to continue to use them in the future.

Anytime appliance gave me a quote for the repair that was fair. The repairman, Robert Kuhn, was on time for his appointment and as an extra courtesy he called before his arrival. Rob made sure the job was done right and made sure everything was in working order before he left. It was the best repair service I have experience. It is wonderful to have someone do what they say they are going to do in an efficient an professional manner. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Everything went smoothly - issues were not due to the provider, but because of the appliance manufacturer. Carl (the repairman) showed up right on time. He was friendly, courteous, efficient, and a joy to have do the work. I would quickly recommend Anytime Appliance to do repair work, and will use them again.

I don't know how long we have on this current machine, but at least it's running for the time being. Repairman was pleasant, efficient and capable. I've used this service for over 20 years and will continue to, although I'm shocked at the base price. However after asking around it is not uncommon in the industry.

The repairman came to fix the dishwasher by cleaning out the jets and other areas. Unfortunately, it seemed like he didn't thoroughly clean one of the jets (I was still able to see gunk in it). Also, the dishwasher continued to have issues (making the dishes dirty again) really soon after the repair. It felt like a waste of money... but it also could've just been the dishwasher's time!

Service went well. A few parts needed to be ordered. They arrived 2 days later and replaced them. It did take 5 business days to get an appointment. But everything went well.

Chuck, the owner of Anytime, came for our first appointment to assess our problems and order any parts that we might have needed. He quickly figured out what was wrong with our washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Our lid switch fell off on our washing machine, so he set it up to work while he ordered the part. Our dishwasher was dirty and was running off balance. He cleaned it out, and ordered us some door spring hinges and brackets to mount it properly. He was quick and efficient and obviously knew what he was doing. I had my second appointment today for the parts to be installed. The technician called 15 minutes before he arrived so that I could be sure I was home and he was excellent as well. He installed everything quickly and was obviously very capable. My dishwasher is like new! The office was also extremely professional and helpful when scheduling appointments. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

My gas cook top would not stop clicking when it lit. However, I was still able to cook with it. My fridge blew something and although it kept the food cold and freezer frozen, none of the lights or displays worked and it did not make ice. All things that we wanted fixed but we were not without functioning appliances so we were not in a frantic rush. I wanted to schedule an appointment for my next day off. Anytime Applicance was easy to schedule an appointment with for the day I wanted (3 days from the date I called). They provided me with a three hour window. They sent an email confirm the day before. The tech called about 20 min before he would arrive, approximately in the middle of the window of time they gave me. The tech, James, was very polite and thorough. He explained everything he was doing. He diagnosed the cook top and said they would have to order a part and come back. The fridge stumped him a bit and said that since he was coming back for the cook top, he would research the problem off the clock and let me know. I can't remember if they called me or I called them to follow up, but I had another day off coming up and was able to schedule the follow up for that day. The owner, Carl, had contacted me at one point before this telling me the part they would order for the fridge. Our next visit was again within the 3 hour window with a call 20 min before James was on his way. The part they ordered for the fridge did not work, so back to the drawing board with that. The cook top presented an unforeseen challenge to open (something seized) which took more time and would mean an additional visit to replace the seized part. After replacing the ordered part, the cook top worked as it should. James had also ordered me some missing feet for my cook top grates and installed them at this time. The owner contacted me again to discuss options for the fridge. He presented me with two possibilities, but he was going to do further research.The part that he believed we needed was no longer manufactured and he was looking for inexpensive options that would not leave us with no functioning refrigeration. In the end, I think we may end up replacing the fridge. Two days after our cook top was fixed, we smelled a bad smell and it stopped lighting altogether. Called Anytime back and they scheduled a follow up (at no cost to me). We had a different tech this time, also polite and thorough. He suggested two other pieces that may have caused the replaced piece to fail. Have to order the new parts, and replacement for the new part that now was burned out. Those parts have since been installed and it has been working fine since. I felt that the techs and the owner were very professional and knowledgeable. I have had other appliance repair companies (for appliances under warranty) that were awful, leaving my appliances cosmetically damaged and took many many appointments (at their convenience, not mine) to fix the original problem. I felt comfortable with Anytime that they were doing their best. My only negative is that they charge by the quarter hour for labor on top of the cost of the part. That can get costly depending on the repair. That said, I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others. They are honest and worked hard to get my appliances fixed.

As of today the washer is working and there are no piles of wash to do.

I set up an appointment on line for this morning between 9am and 11am, using my address and cell number. I also confirmed with them by phone yesterday. Unfortunately, they called my contractor instead of me when they had to cancel. They were very responsive when they realized that they made a mistake.

Horrible experience. Was able to replace many parts of my appliance but was not able to fix or diagnose the issue. I am being vague about the appliance because I'm uncomfortable with this getting traced back to me since he was so rude and threatening.

well! Technician James was very courteous and respectful-called just before he arrived,which I appreciated,also conscientious not to bring snow into the house. Cleaned as he worked and even did extra-wiping out interior of my stove. Everything well explained also

Shortly after the technician arrived he opened unit and found the tumbler belt broken. In doing so he exhibited knowledge of the unit, confidence that he could repair the unit and then in a professional manner did so. From the moment he arrived and ask details concerning what was wrong, I knew he was the person for the job and knew he would fix the unit. This was the 2nd job in 2 years that had been placed with Anytime Appliance. Both performed with excellent results and with a high degree of professionalism. .

Anytime was possibly the best appliance repair company with which I have ever dealt. They called to confirm the appointment, called before they were to arrive on the day of the appointment, and were exactly in their promised arrival window. The service technician was polite, professional, friendly, and all-around fantastic. The work performed fixed my issue correctly, the first time. I feel like I have found a service company that I trust, and I would not hesitate to call again if I were to encounter an issue in the future.

We told them how much we wanted to spend before just purchasing a new machine. Unfortunately, they had difficulty diagnosing the problem and left us hanging for over a month while we waited politely for them to figure it out. In the end they did not charge us for anything beyond the first repair we agreed to. However, even that seemed a bit excessive given the fact that the repair didn't solve the problem and after a month without a washer we then had to replace the machine. Overall, I think that they handled the situation reasonably professionally but I wished I had pushed them to reduce the cost of the initial charge since they did not fix the machine.

An effortless and professional experience from beginning to end. Great people. Will definitely call again should I need any other appliance repair.

Everything Anytime promised to do they did and did professionally and on schedule. Their pricing for time is published on Angie's list and they also honored their published senior discount cheerfully. While no one wants to spend anything on a repair, this still beats trying to find a small appliance that fits perfectly in our cabinet space.

I was able to save the service call charge by bringing in the dishwasher myself and I got charged only for the service time. This was not a really big deal for me since I had it out already. I had pulled this dishwasher out of a kitchen during a remodel and hooked it back up 4 months later only to find out it wouldn't run. It was displaying a "fill error" and after working on it myself for 4 hours and contacting Asko to try to clear the error I contacted Anytime Appliance (I was about to throw in the towel and pick up a new dishwasher by this point). They helped my get the dishwasher into their shop and took great care with it. Everyone was extremely nice and very knowledgeable - hence the 15 minute repair. I took this appliance apart for 4 hours hoping to find a clog or broken part, but come to find out I never would have found it because it was a fill sensor that had gone bad on a part Asko no longer uses. Anytime's recommendation and Asko's recommendation was a by-pass around the part. Thanks Anytime!

Had to make multiple visits which they charged for. Damaged my cabinet. Which took a month to get repaired. The oven repairs failed three months later and they refused to come back and repair them without charging again. Demanded cash up front. Charged me another $200 to make the same repairs again. Total cost was over $1000 to replace one part. This company was a disaster from the first visit.

My experience went very well. He did tell me if it was something more than the electrical panel he would advise me not to fix it and to buy a new one. They came when they said they were going to come and I thought he gave me good advice. He just wasn't going to ahead and mindlessly repair it and charge me. He advise me that if it was over $400 he wouldn't repair it, he would advise me to go get a new machine. I appreciated his honesty, his expertise in that sense. I would want other Angie Members to know that he had my interests, he placed my interests first as apposed to making money off of me.
