Nick is terrific! He was prompt, polite, made sure to clarify what we were seeing happening with the washer (checked against his notes), showed me everything and explained it thoroughly, answered all my questions, and didn’t waste time. He also left the work area as neat and tidy as he found it. I appreciate all that very much. In addition, the company explains pricing and process in writing via email. Everything is very clear.

We had them do many repairs on our stove. Each time they left it worked for a while. On our most recent repair that cost over 400 dollars it worked for about one month .My wife called to have them come back and check the part because the problem seemed to be the same as before. We were about two days out of our "30 day" warranty and would have to pay 90 dollars for the service. When my wife said we did not want to pay they said they would have the technician call.He never did.That was three weeks ago. I called yesterday and spoke to probably one of the worst customer service people anyone could have on the phone. She told me all the things that we did wrong and now we were further out of warranty and the warranty on the part would be out in two days. Wonderful! We are going to go to small claims court and see if we can get some satisfaction there. Mostly though since my business in Stamford has about five thousand followers on social media and tremendous walk in traffic I will just make sure I post warnings about this company. My wife should have looked at yelp first and once she saw the number of dissatisfied customers , looked elsewhere.I know there are many satisfied customers but when I read what the unhappy customers have to say I see a pattern.This is the first time I have ever taken time to write a bad review for a company but their level of bad service and that angry woman I had on the phone drove me to it. I suggest anyone else with a problem go to small claims also and even if none of us win maybe the owner after spending time and money will retrain his staff.

Called for service appointment and was told it would be 3 weeks before a technician could come out.

Our technician, Rob, was professional, courteous, and prompt. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly.

Rob is honest, intelligent, efficient trustworthy - we call him our appliance DR. We listen to his advice, he gives thoughtful advice about when to invest in an appliance and when not to and always uses his experience w/ certain brands and facts on which to base his advice. I won't use anyone else to repair my appliances now that we have found Rob at Anytime. He's in a word Great!

The appliance was still covered under an extended warranty we had purchased and the insurer put us in touch with Anytime Appliance Repair. They were prompt in their follow up calls to set a convenient time for service, the technician was exemplary in his professionalism and knowledge, the repair was completed in a reasonable time frame considering parts had to be ordered. Would highly recommend.

Amazing - Rob the technician was prompt, beyond fair, and understood the concept of sometimes it is better to call it a day on an appliance rather than putting more money into fixing it. He texted me updates and opinions and helped me make the decision to repair rather than replace at this time. He was very candid and helped me make an informed decision which was very much appreciated.

We had to have two visits as replacement parts were needed. They sent me an estimate and then were ordered quickly. Our technician, Ralph arrived on time and was very courteous, personable and worked quickly but thoroughly. Nobody ever likes the hassle or cost of having large appliances fixed but he and Anytime Appliance definitely made it a lot easier.

Diagnosing was not simple, but instead of charging me to stay here for an entire wash cycle, Rob suggested that I text him with the codes if the wash cycle did not complete, which I did, and based on that he could order parts. And he texted me after the second visit and repair to check in. Much appreciated.

Great. Carl Wade was our service guy and he was terrific. Installed the new d/w, made sure it worked fine, got rid of the old one for us, did some troubleshooting. Excellent!

James, from Anytime, was prompt, professional, and correctly diagnosed the issues with the ovens and stovetop (which had not been as thoroughly addressed by another service I used prior - thus the ongoing problems). He needed to order a part for the oven repair, so dealt with the stove burners and returned another day to service the oven. As the oven is an older model, he had also located diagrams for it and repaired the ovens on the second visit. He explained what he was doing and why at every step. I think he did an excellent job of repairing and providing preventive service for our 20-year-old range, and feel the cost was reasonable for all that was done.

First time client of Anytime Appliance and got excellent service from Evelyn who made the appointment and advised me of pricing and from Carl Wade, my repairman. Carl did an excellent job. He was helpful explaining what was wrong, what he did to fix it and what to do to maintain my machine. Hope nothing else breaks, but I'll gladly call them again if necessary.

Carl Wade was our technician. He was very helpful and professional. He understood our need to decide between a repair or a new appliance. He quickly spotted the problem, went over the expense including the cot of the part and the next visit to install the part. We appreciated his professionalism and knowledge so much the we requested he be the technician to come back for the followup visit to fix the dishwasher. I would highly recommend this business for any appliance services you may need.

Very well. Our service rep "ROB" was efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to have in our home. He repaired our Garland oven and will have to order parts for the GE convection oven. He promised to submit an estimate to us to have the GE repaired. I would recommend them highly. They have always been a reliable resource for our appliances!

I have use them in the past with my other Frigidaire appliances and they've always been professional and great. I have never had a problem with them and I know I can Quabbin was one of the if there's a problem with any of my appliances and they'll fix it . When they came the first time they diagnosed then they got the part then came back and fixed it. Setting up the appointment was a breeze.

The service tech, Julian Bosch, was great. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He replaced the part and went through the whole system to make sure everything was working correctly. He was very professional. Thank you! I would refer your company to my friends.

Looked at the refrigerator said the compressor was low on coolant and it was a sealed unit and he did not work on sealed units and I should call the manufacturer and gave me a bull for $160.00. The manufacturer sent out another repairman who replaced a clogged drain plug and the refrigerator is working perfectly.

Because of technician vacation schedule i wasn't able to set up a service appointment as quickly as I might have wanted, but the service coordinator was helpful, courteous, and scheduled my appointment as soon as possible. The service technician called 30 minutes before arrival as promised. I had agreed to a 11:00 to 2:00 time window, and the tech arrived at 11:00. He was, without doubt, the most professional, pleasant and helpful appliance serviceman I have ever encountered. In addition to fixing my dishwasher, he showed me how to remove and clean the drain and screen which had caused the problem. I have used a dishwasher for 50 years, and have never been told or shown how to keep the drain open and clean. The serviceman was very careful of my floor when pulling out the dishwasher, and he left the area 100% clean and neat when he was finished. I am a very satisfied customer.
