Description of Work: i would definitely understand their price model before engaging again. they were not able to capture the woodchuck but it appears to have left my property for more hospitable environment. I did not know I was incurring additional charges as time went on - i would have probably stopped earlier rather than continuing to incur charges.

Description of Work: They were okay, very professional and nice, but I think it was too expensive overall for the work they provided. A few holes were patched with wood. The next day it rained and a couple of the wood pieces got loose outside. The total out of pocket for me came to $350 which included the discount coupon of $125 for just the surveying though Angie's List.

Description of Work: Checked holes in eaves for suspected Squirrels and found only Birds. Filled holes with mesh and "pest repeling" foam (including over 100 mouse entry points).

Description of Work: For several years I've had a water snake problem (I'm by a large pond) which I only heard about from my mowers but last year these devils got up to the front yard and driveway and I called All About Bats. They were very professional and put out traps and checked them weekly. This went on for about six weeks but, alas, we never caught anything. Cooler weather cancelled the operation. I thought the service was rather expensive at the time...don't have exact figures...but when you're faced with this kind of problem, you'll pay anything not to be terrorized. BTW, these snakes aren't poisonous but they're very large and a bite could lead to serious infection.

Description of Work: Great experience. Punctual. Good explanation of the problem and the solution. Done quickly. I had just spent $30K on exterior work. New roof, paint job and siding repairs due to woodpecker problem. No way I wanted them messing up the new work. Problem solved. Have not seen a woodpecker on my house in 9 months.

I did a fair amount of research on bats learning that we didn't want to kills these creatures since they are a benefit to our neighborhood. Bats eat and control populations of mosquitoes and bugs that harm us. ---We just didn't want they to live in our attic! My daughter searched on Angie's list (I have since joined the service). Of the companies I was considering, aabats.com got the best reviews. I left a voicemail message. They responded promptly, and we scheduled a first appointment to evaluate the job. They came on time. They were very reassuring and professional. They followed-up promptly by emailing me a contract with a comprehensive job price and a minimal job price. Both prices were fair and reasonable. We chose to go with the comprehensive job. I called them with a couple of questions on the contract and accepted their offer. We then scheduled the next appointment. On 10-8-2012 they sealed all possible entrances to our attic and eaves and left, on the first work-day, only some one-way exits for the bats from which they could exit but not re-enter. On 10-18-2012 they returned and finished the job. This time they found three sleepy bats in pre-hibernation mode still in the house. They gently removed them and put them on a tree in the sun outside. We actually got to see them take off in search of a new roost. We give them our highest grade. Description of Work: Called provider to address animal sounds in the house/walls. They surveyed the house, identified the problem as likely being mice, determined a couple access points which they then sealed. They provided guidance for us on setting traps subsequent to the service call

Description of Work: We used All About Bats And Wildlife Inc in July when we heard noises in the attic. They came and sealed up a hole for us.

Description of Work: Squirrels overtook my porch, chewed through my porch overhang and into my attic. All About Bats came and over a 2+week period, set wood box traps next to the attic entry and where they climbed onto my porch, caught the squirrels and removed them daily. On the weekends when they did not come, they sealed the attic and removed the traps so that the animals wouldn't get caught and not have water/food for days. After all of the squirrels were removed they placed a patch over the chewed hole that they couldn't chew through again. The patch color matched my overhang so it's not noticable unless you're looking for it specifically.

Description of Work: We had been hearing noises in our attic and were worried squirrels had gotten up there. We called All About, one of the owners came out that day and determined we had exposed holes at our roofline and our attic windows weren't sealed correctly. It turned out we had a mouse infestation but I took care of laying traps for that personally to save some money. When the weather warmed up the All About guys came back and sealed up all the holes and fixed the attic vents. Fast professional service, would recommend them as they humanely remove animals such as squirrels, etc.

Description of Work: Flying squirrels in the attic. All About Bats came and did a free estimate, whereas other companies charged for their estimates. They showed us how they would trap the squirrels with food, in a no-kill trap, and then come and pick them up every business day. Over the weekend, traps were opened. A couple of times we had squirrels trapped and AAB didn't come to remove them, so we let the squirrels free ourselves. All very humane, other companies only set "kill" traps. Once they had worked for about two weeks, they began to seal up the house at about 30 openings, and then once the traps were empty for a week, they were removed. All is guaranteed for a year.
