Description of Work: I had water leaking into my bedroom from the gutter icing. They came the day after I called and did a good job. Very prompt which I appreciated. Price was $400. I was disappointed though that what was removed was left in the front and back of my house. Not all of the snow from the roof was removed. I was not there when they did the removal and would make sure that the price includes total snow removal.

Description of Work: I contacted this company in November. It took a week for them to get back to me. A date was set for them to clean my gutters. On the designated date they never showed up nor did they call me to let me know that they would not be coming. I called to find out why they did not show up. I was told that this would be looked into and I would be called back. I was never called back.
