When he arrived he said that he didn't know that I had gutter screens on the gutters, so he couldn't do the job for the stated price and he couldn't do the job with the truck that he had on site. This was disappointing as I stayed home from work to meet him and get the job done. He returned again when I was not at home and performed all services satisfactorily. But, he forgot to get the extra $$ that he charged for the extra services, so he had to return a third time. His work was excellent, but he seemed a bit disorganized.

After I purchased this deal through Angie's List I heard from Anthony about scheduling a time. He promptly responded to all communications and took care of the work within the week. I came home, and all the gutters were perfectly clean! I appreciated how easy it was to set it up, and I look forward to having them come back to clean the gutters in the future.

Responsive. Did clean my gutters with a feedback for my gutter condition. I would recommend anyone who wants to clean their gutters.

Said can not do the work needed

I communicated with the son, Anthony, through the Angie's List email system. He was very responsive and came out to look at the job when scheduled. He had good ideas about how to fix persistent leaks and clogs in our gutter system. He returned to complete the job on another scheduled day, and everything looks and works great. I've had problems with several other gutter contractors who didn't respond, or didn't show up when scheduled, so it was refreshing to work with a contractor who follows through on what he promises.

They contacted to let me know I was not in their service area. I am getting a refund.

I bought the super deal thinking it would be perfect for what I needed done. Company got in touch quickly and said they would stop by 10/27/14. When the guy showed up I explained the problem to him and what I wanted done. Since we have a new roof on the house I was concerned with having the flashing disturbed and had some questions in particular. I got the ladder ready as I wanted to show exactly what I was talking about. Then the guy, who hadn't even introduced himself, started talking about being 56 years old and having done this his whole life, and he had no need to look. If he had to look he might as well throw in the towel. I tried to explain to him that it wasn't so much for him, but for me to get a clear picture and show exactly what I meant. He started getting rude asking "what do you want done and do you want a quote for it?" I told him yes please, but I need my questions answered first, and I would like to show you exactly what I mean. I started walking away. At that point I told him I didn't understand why he was being so rude, and that I was only trying to get a clear picture of what he was planning on doing, since I had concerns about the flashing. Again the story about how long he had been doing it and do you want a quote or not. I told him yes please, he said $284 to get the job done, which was outrageous. I can only assume he didn't want the job. I was very polite at all times, and he probably had a bad day or something. However there is no way I'll have anybody doing anything on the house, if they 1)don't want to answer my questions, 2)don't even look at the work. I don't care how experienced you are, if I don't have a full understanding, and are confident that I get my concerns across, it's just not going to happen. After giving me the price he just got in his van, I thanked him, and he drove off. I have no idea how people like that get any business at all. I don't care if they did the job for free, I wouldn't want him, or anybody from the company, touching the house. If he ever showed up again I would ask him to leave. I was very disappointed, as everything seemed spot on from the start. They were prompt getting back, and I was looking forward to having the sagging gutter fixed. Even reading the fine print in the deal, it would have been perfect. I would very much appreciate a refund, as there is no way I will ever deal with these people again. Good person. He came out but it's not something he can fix. He was very honest.

They could not do the work for us. He said it was a custom gutter and he could not replace it.

We were pleased in every way. Where another company would have insisted we need all new gutters, it cost far less to repair, strengthen and improve the flow of the existing gutters. They did a thorough cleaning of old debris in the downspouts and spent the time to advise us as well as to check out a roof leak which they were able to go ahead and repair. We will have them back to clean our roof.

I purchased the coupon from Angies List just to ensure that I could finally get this small job done. From prior contact with other companies either no one would come out for such a small job or the estimates were offensively high. It took a few weeks and some back and forth to get the scope, timing and cost of the job finalized, but that was as much my issue as theirs. In the end I got more work done for much less than other estimates, so I can't complain.

I just decided to get a refund from Angie's List.

I felt the price was too high for what they were going to do.

It was very good. It hasn't rained yet, but he showed me what was wrong and I am comfortable saying it went well.

With so many different jobs I have used hi for it;s hard to cite just one. Bottom line.... He does what he says he will at the price he says he will do it for and in the time frame he promises.
