I couldn't be happier with the work Chris does! Communicating with him and working through all of my insurance company requirements, mortgage company requirements, city of Norwich inspection, and Covid-19 pandemic. Patience and understanding to say the least. I don't think anyone has a basement as nice as this thanks to him. Highest rating I could give, would recommend him to everyone looking for the same kind of work.

Chris was great! My basement is not your average basement to finish - tons of duct work, ins, and outs. But the level of detail that went into it and the results are of superior quality.

Chris was very easy to work with - offering suggestions on how to keep the project within budget and making adjustments to get as much livable space from a small basement. The final finished space is exactly what I was hoping to achieve. Chris returned texts and calls in a timely manner, kept a dependable schedule, maintained a safe and organized work space, and I also had no issues with his sub-contractors. Chris Manganello is a gem. His level of skill and professionalism surpassed our utmost expectations. He was very easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted, respectfully offered suggestions, and ultimately did what made us happy. I'm so grateful we listened to some of his suggestions as he foresaw that we'd regret not knocking certain walls down. He is meticulous in every aspect of his trade. He cleaned up his "mess" EVERY day including sweeping the floors, putting all his tools in an organized pile, taking out the trash, shutting off lights, and locking the door. He treated this job as if he were doing it in his own home. If something was the slightest bit misaligned (we couldn't tell), he'd take it down and redo it because he knew he could do better. He never had that "it's good enough" attitude. He was excellent in communication as well, which is a characteristic most contractors do not have. We have developed such a rapport with him over the few months it took to finish the basement, that it felt like he was a member of our family. We were sad to see him leave, but we have been enjoying our new finished space immensely which includes a TV/media area, guest room, laundry room, full bathroom, work out area, office, lots of closets, and an unfinished storage area.

The entire project - extensive bathroom gutting and remodel, and upstairs windows and lighting - went extremely well. Dynamic Basements Plus was dependable, professional, and provided a great finished product.

We finished our walk out basement including a wet bar and full bathroom. Chris has a great team of workers. He takes great pride in his work and communicates well throughout the entire process.

The work went very smoothly. Chris was in constant communication with us. He was always on time and let us know if he had other obligations. And he does stellar work. Amazing attention to detail. Chris is meticulous in his approach. He also made sure that we understood when elements of the project — such as the basement flooring— would run into some minor glitches.

We couldn’t go to the basement anymore to do laundry So Chris converted a closet on the first floor into a laundry room big enough to hold a stackable washer/dryer Came out great !!!

Dynamic basement plus was incredible. Christopher and his team came in and completely redid our.basement so beautifully and over met our expectations. They were super fast and on top of that did things for us that most contractors said no to. Dynamic Basements Plus did an excellent job redoing the drywall and insulation in our kitchen. Ice dams from the winter caused melting snow water to build up on the roof, which found it's way through the ceiling and into the kitchen. As a result, all of the drywall and insulation needed to be removed and redone. Chris from Dynamic Basements Plus saved the day. He truly is a professional and a great person, and was wonderful to work with. He kept my wife and I up to date each step of the way, and worked quickly and efficiently. Throughout the job he did a great job of keeping the drywall dust and debris confined to the work area. I am very picky when it comes to drywall and taping, and will notice details like when there are sloppy seams, or when drywall is hung unevenly. Chris truly is a drywall master and left no imperfections. My wife and I couldn't have been happier with the level of quality and were impressed with how quickly he worked, all while doing an outstanding job with a high level of detail. I highly recommend Dynamic Basements for any drywall work. You won't be disappointed.

Professional, timely estimate, fair price, punctual, responsive communicator, accurate time of start and completion, excellent craftsman and quality, tidy, friendly, understanding, willing to accommodate requests for changes to original plan. Was a small job, and unlike many of the “basement system companies” was willing to accommodate our specific needs and budget, without trying to upsale us on things that we neither wanted or needed (permitting us to do some of the work ourselves-trim, painting, flooring). Couldn’t be more happy w/the end product. Would definitely hire again for big or small jobs. I certainly recommend to anyone else without any reservations.

From day one Chris was a pleasure to work with. We wanted a playroom for our kids, open and safe ... Chris delivered. He knew exactly what we needed to feel good about moving forward since this was for our kids. He paid attention to each detail and most importantly, was very patient about getting some supplies since we wanted to buy most of it. All in all, GREAT experience. From demo to the final touches Chris was focused and creative. I had a hard time picturing how the basement would look when it was all done. He was patient & explained it all & drew diagrams.

Chris did a great job on our bathroom. From the plumbing, the tiling , the electrical and the demolition of the plaster walls to the installation of insulation and sheetrock installation. We did have 1 issue that Chris took care of right away without and complaints.We are quite pleased with the way the job came out, and we would use him again without hesitation.This is one contractor who really cares about his reputation;and it's a good one!
