Our experience with Dynamic Basements Plus was fantastic! They recently completed a project that involved finishing a large portion of the basement. Chris, Allyson, and everyone else that participated in the project exceeded our expectations. Initially, Chris and Allyson came out to look over the space and understand what we were looking to have done. They listened carefully and advised on what other items to consider. More importantly, Chris advised against certain additional work that other contractors had recommended, even though these additions would result in a higher cost for the project, as he knew the finished result would not meet our expectations. I am very happy that I listened to him. The quote was very detailed and he went over all aspects of the project beforehand to ensure that we were on the same page. The work was initiated on the exact day that he said it would and proceeded at a swift pace. We were able to visit his supplier's showroom to choose from a vast selection of materials. He has a wealth of construction knowledge across many areas and was able to answer all of our questions during each phase of the project. Communication was top-notch! He would touch base with us before and after any work was performed to make sure that it was to our liking and give details on the timing of the next step. Dynamic basements did an outstanding job remodeling my basement. They installed premium flooring, updated the kitchenette with a full sink, dishwasher and countertops. They created a brand new, full bathroom from a cement basement storage area. While I had a general idea of how I wanted things laid out, Chris was invaluable in suggesting improvements while being mindful of my budget. We love the finished product. All Chris’s work is impeccable. Not a single noticeable flaw in the entire basement! He was at all times professional and communicative. Communicating with him and working through all of my insurance company requirements, mortgage company requirements, city of Norwich inspection, and Covid-19 pandemic. Patience and understanding to say the least. I don't think anyone has a basement as nice as this thanks to him. Chris was great! My basement is not your average basement to finish - tons of duct work, ins, and outs. But the level of detail that went into it and the results are of superior quality.
