They were FANTASTIC. Here on time, and did an emergency well pump replacement. I have an EXTREMELY bad water situation and Aaron(sp?) pulled the pump, and we talked at length about what could be the problem. He was very knowledgeable, and reached out to several co-workers to help determine issue. Very nice and genuinely wanted to help. In the end he decided to put the pump a little higher and out of of the bad water level. They are very considerate, kind and seem to really enjoy their job of helping people, as he went further than anyone before trying to help. Look forward to hearing from their analysis. Definitely will hire again. I'd want these men working on my mother's well.

E. Garrity installed a water treatment system for my well water and replaced my sump pump, and did not charge me any labor for the sump pump replacement! They were prompt in arriving for all appointments and did the work quickly. the owner did the estimate and explained the treatment system better than another estimate. Highly recommended.

The 2 man crew were very professional in their work. They started the job a few hours before sunset, and worked until 9 p.m. in the dark, with lights, and in temperatures below freezing. Price was rather high, but found because of the conditions of freezing temperatures and darkness. the crew did a great job.

My fault...didn't inquire about cost upfront--none of the other services I've used through HomeAdvisor had an hourly labor rate. I thought $150 was pricey. I needed my water well capped so the piece was additional $150.

Replaced rusty leaky well pump. All work was done in one day. Price seems high, but the service was very good. No more water in my basement! I recommend this company.
