For weeks, we were getting less and less water from our faucets. Finally, we were down to a dispiriting trickle. A first visit from Garrity did not resolve the issue. When, concerned, I called back several days later, they immediately dispatched Joe and Cody, who arrived w/n 15 min. They probed deeply to find out the cause, discovering a cracked pipe and failing well pump, dating from about 30 years ago. They installed a new pump and new well cap up to current code and ensured that the water coming from the well was bacteria-free. This am, Joe was back by 8 am to show us how to flush all chlorine residues from our system and explain what he had done. Joe was determined, undaunted and kept at it until he found the cause of the inadequate water pressure--despite the late evening hour yesterday. His explanations were informative, clear every step of the way and helped us understand what was going on. He was patient, amiable and very good at what he does. Thank you Joe, Cody and Garrity!

Evan Garrity was very personable and tried hard to resolve my well problems. It turned out to be more involved and required 2 days to complete. Although my patio pavers were not replaced in the small section they were removed and one of my sinks had no water flow after the work, I still think overall the well will hopefully work as it should. He did sanitize it ,install a filter to capture sediment on incoming water, as well as rinse out the faucet screens that were clogged with dirt afterward. I appreciate his effort in those steps and he was very cordial and professional at all times.

The tech who worked for the company seemed to have experience with the problem and knew when they went down into the basement what the problem was. E.Garrity rep came out that same night I called and said needed a new water pump. Next day the pump was installed and we had water once again, Thank you for the fast service. William Safee Jr.

Bob returned my call immediately, and I had a new water softener/filter within days. His team is knowledgable, professional and experience. They knew to call my local water company to check pressure, etc. Great experience!

This is my second time using Garrity, (the first time was last minute on a weekend and the second was after 18 inches of snow) and I will continue to use them for as long as I own a house in the area. Not only were they timely in getting to my house and diagnosing the problem, they fixed it in the same manner. What's more, Garrity doesn't just treat his customers like customers, but like real people with real world problems. When I was ready to pay a small fortune for his services, he found that my pump was still under warranty and saved me so much. I highly recommend for any and all water problems.

Our well pump broke on Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend during the quarantine in Westchester County, NY. Evan Garrity was at my house within an hour, and had us fully repaired within 24 hours. He was as polite, professional and responsive as possible, and saved the day. EMERGENCY Sunday August heat am call! Mr Evan Garrity answered himself and was quick to respond with another employee within an hour. They found the problem with our well pump and quickly got right to work. They project was completed faster then I expected and we were able to get all of our farm animals watered quickly ! HIGHLY recommend them to everyone . Kind, courteous, efficient/prompt and left the yard clean and no mess ! He recommend we get a treatment system which we are planning on doing as well soon!
